Role Responsibilities-
● P&L Lead - Build and scale influencers as performance channel rather than the awareness channel at Foxtale . Responsible for P&L of the channel.
● Growth Plan - Build a long term growth model for influencers channel, design quarterly and monthly objectives and metrics to be tracked and execute experiments optimizing for the right metrics.
● Execution - Lead the team, coordinate with the internal teams and agency, Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.
● Impact Analysis - Analyse the end of campaign performance, identify successes and optimize for the improvements.
Requirements -
● 2-3 years experience in leading influencer marketing for any brand is necessary
● Prior experience in leading P&L and in leading teams is necessary
● Prior experience in Growth marketing is good -to have
● Experience in D2C brand and beauty/skincare brands is an advantage
