Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead and execute communication initiatives that enhance the organization’s visibility, reputation, and outreach. The ideal candidate will manage media relations, content creation, digital platforms, and stakeholder engagement while aligning all communication efforts with the organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communications

• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences (devotees, donors, partners, media)
• Ensure consistency in communication across all channels

2. Media Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements
• Pitch stories and secure positive media coverage

3. Content Creation

• Create high-quality content including press releases, articles, newsletters, speeches, and social media posts
• Develop communication materials for events, campaigns, and outreach programs

4. Event Promotion & Coordination

• Plan and execute promotional strategies for events and campaigns
• Coordinate media coverage, photography, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams for branding and messaging

5. Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and optimize content
• Track engagement metrics and improve performance

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary contact for partners, NGOs, government bodies, and community members
• Build strategic relationships to expand outreach

7. Reputation & Crisis Management

• Monitor public perception and media coverage
• Handle media inquiries and crisis communication professionally

8. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports on PR performance, campaigns, and social media analytics
• Use data insights to refine strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Experience handling media and digital platforms

About the role :

We are seeking a passionate and driven experienced Senior Robotics Engineer to lead the development and integration of autonomy systems in our next-generation marine robotics platforms. As part of our dynamic startup journey, this role demands deep technical expertise in robotics software and embedded systems, especially in areas like navigation, control, perception, and real-time systems. You will mentor a team of engineers and play a critical role in scaling up core autonomy stacks from simulation to real-world deployment.

This is a hands-on role that involves direct ownership of robotics subsystems and collaboration with cross-functional teams including hardware, embedded systems, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of autonomy modules (navigation, control, perception, SLAM, etc.).
• Own system-level integration with sensors, embedded systems, and marine vehicle control systems.
• Establish engineering best practices in ROS2-based development, simulation testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define rigorous testing and validation strategies, developing simulation and field test setups to benchmark perception models against real-world scenarios.

Product Development

• Drive development of robust, scalable code for marine robotics platforms in C++ and Python.
• Guide simulator development to reflect accurate marine dynamics and sensor behavior (e.g., Gazebo, Unity Sim)
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across software and hardware interfaces in test benches and field trials

Team and Project Management

• Mentor and support junior engineers in robotics, controls, and perception development
• Collaborate with program managers to define and track milestones, technical deliverables, and field deployment plans
• Maintain clear documentation, communicate technical findings effectively, and present updates to internal teams, external partners, and research collaborators. 

Required Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in robotics software development, preferably in field robotics or autonomous vehicles
• Proven track record of deploying robotics systems from lab to field
• Strong coding skills in C++ and Python
• Expertise in ROS2, Gazebo/Unity Sim, and Linux-based development
• Solid understanding of control theory, SLAM, sensor fusion, and kinematics
• Familiarity with marine dynamics and sensor integration (IMU, GPS, LIDAR, sonar, etc.)

Good to have

• Experience working with marine or underwater robotics
• Exposure to safety-critical systems or defense tech environments

Qualification & Experience:

•  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring in Workday HCM and Security.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities.
• Deep understanding of Workday Platform, including HCM and other HR modules.
• Big plus if you have worked on Workday Financial domain security as well.
• Ability to work with HR, finance, and IT teams to align security solutions with business needs.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a skilled Level 1/Level 2 SAS Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to provide technical support to our US-based clients. This is an onsite role requiring availability during night shifts (US time zones). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAS environments, troubleshooting technical issues, performing installations and upgrades, and ensuring optimal system performance. This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges while providing proactive and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAS Environment Management: Administer SAS servers and tools, including configuration, performance tuning, and routine maintenance of SAS applications.
• SAS Grid Management: Manage SAS Grid environments, ensuring efficient workload balancing and high availability.
• Metadata Management: Manage SAS metadata, including user account creation, role assignment, permissions, and library configuration.
• Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve SAS server and application issues such as performance bottlenecks, user access problems, and system errors.
• System Administration: Perform SAS installations, upgrades, hotfixes, and patch management across development, testing, and production environments.
• SAS Migration & Upgrade: Plan and execute SAS environment migrations and upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Batch Job Management: Schedule and monitor batch jobs using tools such as SAS Flow Manager or LSF to ensure timely data processing and adherence to SLAs.
• Backup and Recovery: Conduct regular metadata and system backups, validate backup integrity, and manage restoration processes during disaster recovery scenarios.
• Incident Management: Manage tickets (e.g., P1, P2) for SAS-related issues using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and communication updates.
• Security Management: Implement and review security policies, renew SAS licenses and SSL certificates, and conduct periodic access audits.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor SAS server health, analyze usage metrics and logs, and proactively address potential issues.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAS environment configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAS Administration, managing enterprise-level SAS environments.
• Expertise in SAS tools such as SAS Management Console, SAS Enterprise Guide, and SAS Studio.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux/UNIX, Windows) and database systems (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, SQL).
• Experience with batch job scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g., Flow Manager, BMC Control-M).
• Proven experience troubleshooting SAS environment issues, including metadata management and performance tuning.
• Experience in SAS Grid, SAS Metadata, SAS Migration, and SAS Upgrades.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with US-based clients.
• Willingness to work onsite during night shifts in alignment with US time zones.
