Job Description

§ Maintain books of accounts as per GAAP in Tally for Group Entities & Promoters

§ Maintenance of official records, documents, vouchers in sound and organized manner

§ Verification, approval and reimbursement of employee claims

§ Imprest accounts monitoring & reconciliation

§ Payables Tracking and processing

§ Creditor claims verification and processing

§ Managing vendor/creditor relationships

§ Periodic vendor costs review and best rate negotiations and correspondence

§ Software Import / Export documentation & transaction processing

§ Goods Import / Export documentation & transaction processing

§ Banking correspondence, transactions and relationship handling for group entities and promoters

§ Investment correspondence, transactions and relationship handling for group entities and promoters. Managing demat, mutual funds

§ Multi state GST record keeping, return finalization & filing, reconciliation & corrections

§ TDS verification, finalisation and filing

§ Handle Statutory Audit & preparation of Financial Statements

§ B.Com / M.Com with 5-10 years of experience as Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science
• At least 6 years of experience in software development using Java / Python, SpringBoot, REST API and scalable microservice frameworks.
• Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web design
• Experience in writing highly secure web applications
• Knowledge of container/orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) and UI frameworks (NodeJS, React)
• Good development habits, including unit testing, CI, and automated testing
• High growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on unique ideas and solutions
• Experience on working with dynamic startups / high intensity environment would be a Plus
• Experience working with shell scripting, Github Actions, Unix and prominent cloud providers like GCP, Azure, S3 is a plus

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with extensive hands-on experience using Tally software.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations in India.
4. Proficiency in Tally software, including configuration, customization, and report generation.
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and regulations, including GST and TDS requirements.

Job Requirement

• Full-stack developer with exposure working in building products from scratch
• Have 2+ years in implementing front-end of applications using ReactJS
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap Ant-D, Redux, JavaScript and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Good knowledge of MVC, MVVM, OOPS concepts, Web Development Concept.
• Experience with RESTful services
• Work experience any one of the backend technologies such as Java, NodeJS, .NET will be a major plus
• Experience in JavaScript build tools such as web-pack /gulp
• Familiar with testing frameworks (such as Jasmine) and Test runner framework (such as Karma) (good to have)
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system

Duty /Responsibility

• Your specific duties in this role will include:
