Job Description
Our client is a leading data product and technology firm that makes advertising work better for people.
- Lead the Data Solutions function and be the POC for all Agency Digital and Data leads to liaise on client requirements, and ensure the appropriate solutions are rolled out.
- General agency pitch support for data as needed but more proactively creating consulting frameworks around client 1st PD data architecture, guidance, and recommendation around CDPs implementation, vs DMP, Mar-tech stack
- Establish working relationship and SOP for implementation delivery for Mar-Tech projects
- Contribute to team projects as the executive sponsor for client data initiatives
- Provide end-user training across our proprietary technology stack
- Own the setup elements such as first party data, tag integration (tag management systems, custom data integrations, CRM connections, etc.), custom data partner integration development.
- Work with data partners to integrate their data sets into insights (Onboarding & Testing Data Sets)
- Manage the Mar-tech partners, working on JBPs to achieve shared goals of client enablement
- Collect & distribute local product feature requests to global/regional teams
- Work closely with the global and regional product team to test and rollout new features, special with the cookieless future of audience planning tools
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Consulting role within Adtech/Martech
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Data, Technology, IT, Marketing)
- Certifications (or advanced knowledge) in DMP, CDP, Mar-tech & digital analytics platforms
- A strong understanding of all digital marketing channels
- Familiar with advanced analytics and data management concepts
- Proven ability to build and grow relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a cross-functional team but also have the initiative to problem-solve independently.
- Highly organised with demonstrated project management capabilities
Profile:
· Head the product management for the 3rd party products including Smallcase, Mutual Funds, IPO, Insurance, Loan, Credit cards, Bank accounts, Gold, Bonds, etc.
· Lead a team of 7-10 Product Managers
· Responsible for revenue, market share, vol. of these products from 3 channels – online platforms, digital marketing, offline channels
· Own process and product development for these products
· Continuous competition tracking
· Training the various channels on products
· Coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of dependent activities
· Responsible for timely responding and resolving client queries / complaints
· Preparing volume/revenue/usage data reports
· Work closely with; & manage expectations of; multiple stakeholders like Business, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Design, Technology, Program, and External vendors
· Single handedly take couple of product features from vision to launch stage
· Preparing short-term and long-term roadmaps of the products/features
· Define KPIs and set up benchmarks, to measure the performance of the product
· The candidate should have an analytical mindset who should be able to use data at ease – in finding hidden patterns and for understanding user behavior

· The candidate should have hands-on experience in owning the complete product cycle – having taken multiple products from ideation to launch stage
· Past experience in industries like Fin-tech, AI/ML, Health-tech, Food-tech, Content-tech, Edu-tech, Gaming-tech, Social-tech etc. is an add-on but not at all mandatory
Qualification:
· Min. 3 years of product management experience in owning/growing 3rd party products
· Awesome communication and relationship building skill

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the product definitions and execution. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to build an actionable product roadmap

As a Product Manager on ColorTokens microservice/container/serverless security platform you will be tasked with defining the next set of compelling features that will drive the creation of a compelling Zero Trust Platform which will leapfrog the competition in its security efficacy, ease of use and comprehensiveness. we plan to solve using ColorTokens ZeroTrust Platforms by providing application centric iew of containerized environments and building policy enforcement around applications, services and containers for the security administrator.
- Desired Skills
- 5-10 years of direct work experience as a product manager working for providing security for cloud, containers/microservices and serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of SaaS product delivery
- You will need to understand critical customer requirements and prioritize the creation of value added features within the platform:
- Create crisp understandable requirements starting with product requirement documents and user stories that can be worked on with engineering

Product Manager
Purpose of the role
A Product manager at CarWale would be responsible to deliver world-class products that solve real-world problems around car buying, by working in an agile framework of iterative development and collaboration.
They have to deliver great business value through user research , intelligent prioritization , and working with Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure a great return on investment.
Role description
Primary responsibility of the role would be to define the product roadmap & backlog, work with business and functional teams to design and implement changes that drive user acquisition, user experience & monetization.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a development team to implement product changes while working collaboratively with multiple stake holders like Design, Sales, Operations & Management.
- Analyze data to derive product & business insights and use them to strategize changes. Iteratively improve on the product by running tests
- Be responsible for prioritization of features based on assessment of business impact & effort.
- Report findings & periodic reviews with Management.
