Business Development Executive:

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients and encouraging extant clients to purchase the Software and Products.

To be successful as a BDE, you should attend networking events to attract and retain clients. Ultimately, an outstanding BDE will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

●Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

●Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

●Meet personal and team sales targets

●Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads

●Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory

●Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

●Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

●Maintaining meaningful relationships with clients to ensure productive long-lasting relationships.

●Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

About the role: 

We’re looking for a smart and creative visual designer who can help Sublime build a strong brand identity across social media, website and offline platforms. Designers at Sublime demonstrate a passion for great design and for expanding, evolving, defining, and documenting flexible design systems that achieve bar-raising quality and consistency for the brand at scale. The ideal candidate excels across a variety of styles, iterates quickly, and collaborates seamlessly with marketers, brand managers, leaders, and other designers. 

Location - Bangalore 

Role Type - Full-time 

The charter for this role will include:

• Evolve, expand, and maintain the design direction of the Sublime and other verticals visual brands in partnership with Design leadership and others on the Brand Design team 
• Lead break-through brand expressions, campaign systems, and industry-leading design 
• Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners to serve a global audience. 

Ideal Persona:

• 2- 4 years of experience in visual design
• The technical know-how of software like Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator/ Indesign 
• Must hold a degree in Design. (Alumni from Design Institute will have a bonus) 
• Strong conceptualization and visualization skills. 
• An excellent understanding of visual design disciplines (typography, composition, iconography, colour, layouts) 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
• Drawing skills / Illustration will be a bonus

• Establish, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program
• Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes

• CISO is also responsible to ensure customer audits as well as re-certification and surveillance audits and successful.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address the NC closures.
• CISO shall ensure the information incidents are responded and resolved on time to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

• Degree in business administration or a technology-related field required.
• Professional security management certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
• Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
• Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class development practices.
• Experience with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments.

ALSO 

• Minimum 3 years of experience building applications using at least one of the following: web application technologies including: HTML, CSS, or Javascript; OR Databases, for example: Mysql, Mongo, ora similar program; OR a collection of systems connected and communicating via a network connection
• Minimum 1 year of experience mentoring more junior Engineers
• Significant experience with large scale, high-performance systems
