Senior Salesforce Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, enterprise discovery, platform assessment, data analysis, integrations, and business process transformation.

The consultant will support requirements gathering, assessment of existing Salesforce environments, data and process analysis, platform rationalization, and evaluation of Salesforce as a potential target platform.

⚠️ Mandatory Certification

A valid Salesforce Solution Architect / Application Architect certification is mandatory. Candidates without this certification will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business and technical discovery sessions with stakeholders across organizations.
• Understand and document current-state customer success processes, workflows, data structures, and Salesforce platform usage.
• Assess existing Salesforce environments, including:
• Salesforce data model and objects
• Configuration and customization
• Workflows and automation
• Business rules
• Roles, profiles, permissions, and security
• Enterprise integrations
• Data quality, duplication, and dependencies
• Custom applications and components
• Analyze how Salesforce data and processes interact with Atlassian/Jira Service Management and ServiceNow.
• Identify Salesforce capabilities supporting the future-state operating model.
• Evaluate gaps between current Salesforce capabilities and business requirements.
• Provide recommendations covering platform fit, configuration vs. customization, data migration, integrations, and target-state architecture.
• Contribute to future-state design and Design Blueprint.
• Identify data migration considerations including mapping, data quality, historical data, transformation requirements, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, ServiceNow, JSM, data migration, and business transformation teams.
• Present Salesforce findings, architecture considerations, and recommendations to client stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support enterprise application consolidation, platform rationalization, and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong Salesforce consulting, solution design, architecture, or platform assessment experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Lightning technologies, Apex, integrations, and best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements
• Develop scalable custom applications, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and Process Builder automation
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external enterprise applications
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders during the SDLC
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
