Flask· Manage the work of at least 2-3 junior developers leading and mentoring them and being responsible for their output.
· Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
· Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
· Implementation of security and data protection
Desired candidate profile:
· Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, Pyramid and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy
· Familiarity with ORM libraries
· Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
· Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS
· Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems,
servers, and environments
· Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
· Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile
vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
· Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
· Strong debugging skills
· Proficient understanding of code versioning services Github, Bitbucket

- Should have handled Voice | Chat | Email audits for a team of 15 to 20 advisors
- Ensure coaching & feedback is done for team members to improve overall customer experience
- Should have an eye for detail & report non-compliance in audit findings
- Good command in MS Excel
