Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Technical
* Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.
* More than 4 years of experience in working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits and Time & Labor.
* At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite
* In-depth experience in any or all: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.
* Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.
* Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.
* Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.
* Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.
* Experience in configuring and supporting reports.
* Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.
* Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.
* Functional and Technical problem investigation skills.
* Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the role
The role being offered is Customer Relations Executive for B2C segment. As a Customer relations executive, you will be required to maintain continuous contacts with our existing customers and ensure the highest level of Engagement score.

Roles and responsibilities
- Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices
- Ensure smooth onboarding of the user/customer, and tell them about the features of the product for better engagement of the Customer
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers
- Collaborate with the support team (technical and academic) to address customer queries
- Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each customer’s requirements to ensure highest satisfaction and Higher Utlization of the Application
- Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
- Harnessing relationships to generate leads from referrals to maximize our profits.
- Ensuring a good renewal rate of the subscribed packages
- Retain customers who raised an issue for refund/cancellation

- B.E. / B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, Or Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience: 3+ years of extensive experience into .Net technologies.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
- 5 years of development experience using C# .NET
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
