JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE LTD

Designation : Business Development Trainee

Eligibility : Graduation/Post Graduation (Minimum 50%) 

Roles and Responsibilities : ● Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads. 

● Pitch and promote SKOLAR's services to prospective clients 

● Career counselling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products to them 

● Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue oriented) 

● Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives ● Set up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients 

● Follow up with potential clients 

● Work with team members to identify and manage risks 

 Job Skills & Qualification: ● Graduation in any degree

● Strong communication skills 

● Critical and out-of-the-box thinking 

● Excellent organisational and leadership skills 

● Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment ability 

● to work in a target driven environment. 

Working Days: 6 days work/week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working) 

Probation Period: 4 Months 

PACKAGE During Training/Probation Period: INR 18,000 + up to INR 15,000 (Incentives). (First 10 days Unpaid): Candidates will undergo a 10 Days training period. 

Post Training/Probation Period:4 to 6 LPA + 3 LPA(Based on performance during Probation period).

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who will be good at sales and software selling with knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics industry to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• knowledge of SaaS products, market/industry and the Indian market landscape
• Data Mining.
• Updating CRM and Implementation work.
• Experience in software sales.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record in TMS software sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good with IT knowledge.
• Should be open for field sales.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Upload videos, manage negative reviews, and keep the account profile up to date.

2. Research keywords, hashtags, industry-related topics & social media trends.

3. Edit images for social media usage.

4. Track & organize campaign schedules, coordinate/schedule posts on all platforms, and execute a content strategy for designated team members.

5. Write clear captions, descriptions & other content for the posts.

6. Manage day-to-day interactions with followers & develop partnerships with social media influences and other accounts.

7. Generate ideas to create brand awareness, determine the brand voice & align all posts accordingly.

8. Develop a scheduling sequence to publish content on all platforms & propose promotional activities.

9. Gather & compile data about the brand’s users and viewers.

10. Assist the Ad Manager when running social media ad campaigns.

11. Moderate conversations in social media groups as per set etiquettes.

12. Conduct general administration.

13. Ad hoc tasks

Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)

Job Dsecription:

○ Develop best practices for team and also responsible for the architecture

○ solutions and documentation operations in order to meet the engineering departments quality and standards

○ Participate in production outage and handle complex issues and works towards Resolution

○ Develop custom tools and integration with existing tools to increase engineering Productivity

Required Experience and Expertise

○ Having a good knowledge of Terraform + someone who has worked on large TF code bases.

○ Deep understanding of Terraform with best practices & writing TF modules.

○ Hands-on experience of GCP  and AWS and knowledge on AWS Services like VPC and VPC related services like (route tables, vpc endpoints, privatelinks) EKS, S3, IAM. Cost aware mindset towards Cloud services.

○ Deep understanding of Kernel, Networking and OS fundamentals
