Minimum 7-12 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)

- Manage a team of highly skilled security engineers
- Responsible for the security of all Ola applications.
- Enforce Security in SDLC, and ensure any identified vulnerabilities are fixed before a feature goes to production.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of work experience in security engineering, including 2+ years of proven hands-on technical management experience of security engineers.

Collaborate with the CIO on application Architecture and Design of our ETL (Extract, Transform,
Load) and other aspects of Data Pipelines. Our stack is built on top of the well-known Spark
Ecosystem (e.g. Scala, Python, etc.)
Periodically evaluate architectural landscape for efficiencies in our Data Pipelines and define current
state, target state architecture and transition plans, road maps to achieve desired architectural state
Conducts/leads and implements proof of concepts to prove new technologies in support of
architecture vision and guiding principles (e.g. Flink)
Assist in the ideation and execution of architectural principles, guidelines and technology standards
that can be leveraged across the team and organization. Specially around ETL & Data Pipelines
Promotes consistency between all applications leveraging enterprise automation capabilities
Provide architectural consultation, support, mentoring, and guidance to project teams, e.g. architects,

Lead our paid-media strategy for optimal use of media spend to drive RoAS and brand awareness
Design data-driven media plans for new and existing marketing channels

3-5 years of proven experience in driving B2C growth via paid-media channels – a strong track record of cracking new marketing channels and scaling them
An in-depth knowledge and hands-on platform management experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Search and Display advertising channels
Up-to-date understanding of creative formats and content opportunities on the above advertising channels
Ability to deep-dive into on-platform channel data and Google Analytics data
A strong handle on how to create measurement frameworks to analyse campaign/channel performance and tie-up performance with sales outcomes, understanding of attribution models
Ability to do complex analysis on advertising data to create hypothesis and design experiments
Experience of providing one-on-one support and training to junior members for executing paid media operations
