 The PCQA Manager is a key role to support the process improvement (CMMI V2.0) initiative that will help assess the quality of the software delivered by a growing Software Development Company to its customers. This role will be part of the PCQA team, which helps the organization sustain SEI CMMI DEV Level 5, upgrade to CMMI V2.0 and support other methodology related initiatives.

• Lead the PCQA team and be flexible to take up assignments within the team such as Coaching, Auditing, implementation, process improvement projects, QMS process improvements, agile practices implementation etc.
• Mentor the team in the development and implementation of QMS aligning to CMMI V2.0 within the organization across geographies
• Identify improvements opportunities in the existing policies, processes, procedures, templates and metrics for the organization
• Define and utilize metrics and reports to manage quality efforts
• Prepare and conduct quality assurance product reviews and prepare projects teams ready for process audits according to the audit plan
• Sound understanding of Process Frameworks/Methodologies like CMMI-Dev, SVC, AGILE SCRUM etc.
• Good understanding of various software development life cycles
• Ability to influence and drive delivery with global senior management
• Attention to detail while keeping a global perspective, willing to deep-dive for data analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global stakeholders
• Very good understanding of Information security concepts and implementation experience of ISO 27001 and other security standards is a value add

Senior Cloud & ML Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud & ML Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design,scaling, and optimization of cloud-native machine learning infrastructure. This role is ideal forsomeone passionate about solving complex platform engineering challenges across AWS, witha focus on model orchestration, deployment automation, and production-grade reliability. You’llarchitect ML systems at scale, provide guidance on infrastructure best practices, and work cross-functionally to bridge DevOps, ML, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Architect and manage end-to-end ML infrastructure using SageMaker, AWS StepFunctions, Lambda, and ECR

● Design and implement multi-region, highly-available AWS solutions for real-timeinference and batch processing

● Create and manage IaC blueprints for reproducible infrastructure using AWS CDK

● Establish CI/CD practices for ML model packaging, validation, and drift monitoring

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators
