Position Overview

We are seeking a creative thinker and design enthusiast with a strong foundation in graphic design, UI/UX principles, and website layout design. The right candidate will be responsible for translating ideas into engaging designs and intuitive user experiences while working collaboratively with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & UI/UX

• Craft engaging UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with client requirements.

🖌️ Graphic Design

• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ensure brand consistency across typography, color schemes, and visual elements.

🤝 Collaboration & Research

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design outcomes.

📈 Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver fresh and modern solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• 💼 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer (Portfolio required).
• 🛠️ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• 🖥️ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• 🌐 Experience in website layout design and responsive design practices.
• ✨ Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

He/ she should be a post-graduate or graduate with at least 6 years of professional experience in a variety of business environments with hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, good knowledge of project life cycles and the ability to work in a team environment. Experience of interaction with client stakeholders will be useful.

Microsoft certification is good to have.

Financial domain understanding is good to have.

The person should have good experience of working in Agile environment.

Technical skills required

• Must be well versed with any versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including Dynamics 2011.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, preferably cloud implementation.
• Must have knowledge on CRM modules (Sales, Service & Marketing) of how these modules work. Also aware of new features available in different CRM version.
• Experience in migrating / upgrading CRM system from older version to newer versions will be very useful.
• Must have good knowledge of CRM SDK and tools which are used with CRM for development.
• Experience in integrating CRM system with other ERP systems and/or custom application.
• C# development experience.
• Experience with .Net (C#,WCF/Web API) skills  including CRM
• Experience of working with .NET Core is useful.
• Experience of working with MS SQL Server.
• Experience of working with micro services will be useful.

Nice to have

• Any experience with Microsoft Azure Service Bus or similar technology

Soft skills required

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written. S/he should be able to articulate well.
• Comfortable in working directly with the client stakeholders and doing meetings and discussions as needed.
• Experience of working in agile environment. Well versed in different agile ceremonies.
• Focus on self-learning and self-upgrade.

Work hours

• UK shift 8:30am to 5:30pm GMT (Summer 1pm IST to 10pm IST and Winter 2pm IST to 11 pm IST)
• Flexible to work in shifts to maintain overlap with UK working hours.
• Flexible in working outside of core business hours if needed (mostly during releases)

Node.js Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• At least two years' experience as a Node.js developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

• Designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates

Responsibility 

·        Designing and building the website front-end.

·        Creating the website architecture.

·        Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

·        Generating WordPress themes and plugins.

·        Conducting website performance tests.

·        Troubleshooting content issues.

·        Conducting WordPress training with the client.

·        Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Eligibility

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

·        Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

·        Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

·        Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.

·        Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

·        Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

·        Ability to manage projects.

Leading parts of the product from inception to launch, and own large parts of the product’s execution.
Working with our Sales and frontend team to build products with the goal of delighting and increasing the success of our users.
Architecting, building, testing, and releasing product-facing features.
Contributing to our side projects and free tools for the education industry.

What do I need? 🤓

1-2 years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product. You can demonstrate significant impact that your work has had on the product and/or the team.
Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (for example, PHP, Python, etc.) but it doesn’t need to be a language that we use here! Great people are effective and learn what we use quickly (or introduce us to better ways of working)
Deep knowledge of SQL Databases
Experience with scalable distributed systems, both built from scratch as well as on AWS primitives
Willingness to learn and use new technologies
Extremely data-driven
Ability to debug complex systems
