Backend Developer

Qualification: B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:     3 - 6 Years

Skills Required:

• Must Have: Java, Spring/ springboot
• Any 2 (Must) out of the below mentioned list :

1. JPA/Hibernate
2. Messaging queue/Kafka/SQS/distributed message/SNS/JMS
3. NOSQL/ Aerospike/ Reddis /Cassendra
4. Microservices

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support.
• Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business

requirements.

• Perform development and unit testing, working closely with Business.
• Mentors and oversees development of resources, including reviewing designs and performing code reviews.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Developing high - volume, low - latency applications for mission - critical systems and delivering high - availability and performance
• Should have experience of working on Core Java/J2EE & OOPS concept
• Should be well versed with Spring/Struts & Apache Came l (OSGI Framework)
• Should have a good understanding of Hibernate and Other ORMs
• Should have an understanding of working on Web Service (SOAP/REST) and Maven
• Build tool such as Jenkins
• Caching Technique(Radis, Hazlecast, Aerospike)
• Database Knowledge- Oracle, MySQL

What you would be doing • Own & Head the product roadmap for the marketing website (www.upgrad.com) - work with business teams to deliver launch of new programs, new program configurations and program portfolio pages • Conceptualise and build new products for increasing visitor conversion • Design and execute multiple A/B and multivarate tests to optimise conversion across different steps of the acquisition funnel from landing pages to conversion • Analyze and track funnel performance – use different analytics products to analyse and interpreting trends and provide actionable insights • Produce meaningful Funnel KPI dashboards and deliver monthly, cross channel performance reports with actionable insights for product, marketing and business teams What we are looking for:· • Bachelors in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or related work experience • Excellent problem solving skills with strong ability to break down problems and prioritise based on ROI • 6+ years of experience in shipping growth products or working in growth teams preferable • Strong analytical skills, comfort with handling data sets and deriving insights or building attribution models using the data • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap/ Mixpanel etc

A User Experience Designer at Moonraft is a UX design expert with a disruptive approach to

Responsibilities:
• Drive creative brainstorm sessions and ideation workshops along with reviewing and
approving designs
• Support new business initiatives and work with a cross-disciplinary team to help define and
execute concept direction to meet the clients’ business needs
• Identify customer needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external
stakeholders
• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction diagrams, pattern libraries, and user flows to
convey the design
• Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and target audience
• Conduct regular usability testing and provide actionable reports summarizing results
• Document discussions, concepts, and the finalized scope
• Oversee and contribute to the development of the product
• Conduct and perform testing to validate that the developed functionality is in accordance
with the scope (UAT)
• Coordinate activities with all artistic and creative departments to ensure that deadlines are
met and project goals are achieved
• Lead by example, inspiring others with the quality of your own work, your ability to clearly
articulate your vision and design decisions
• Presenting work to internal teams and clients, encouraging collaborative dialogue and
building consensus around solutions
• Contribute to the development of design best practices and design systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface
design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Planning, Graphic Design, Product Design or
Communication Design
• 0-3 years of industry experience
• An online portfolio showcasing latest projects (school/live)
• Candidates must have basic user-centered design methods and techniques
• Solid communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Axure, Invisionapp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and
understanding of all the latest tools
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve team goals.

• Experience working with HTML5, CSS3 in user interface design.
• Understanding of web technologies including one or more of the following:, Javascript (React, Angular, Node, D3, etc.)
• Expert knowledge on CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS
•  Experience on  RESTful API.
• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.

• Good exposure to databases, SQL queries
• Good analysis skills in order to troubleshoot and resolve the problems.

Roles and Responsibilities: ● Build a low latency serving layer that powers DataWeave's Dashboards, Reports, and Analytics functionality ● Build robust RESTful APIs that serve data and insights to DataWeave and other products ● Design user interaction workflows on our products and integrating them with data APIs ● Help stabilize and scale our existing systems. Have a good understanding of software design principles and architectural best practices. ● Be passionate about writing code and have experience coding in multiple languages, including at least one scripting language, preferably Python. ● Be able to argue convincingly why feature X of language Y rocks/sucks, or why a certain design decision is right/wrong, and so on. ● Be a self-starter—someone who thrives in fast paced environments with minimal ‘management’. ● Have experience working with multiple storage and indexing technologies such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elastic. ● Good knowledge (including internals) of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ. ● Use the command line like a pro. Be proficient in Git and other essential software development tools. ● Working knowledge of large-scale computational models such as MapReduce and Spark is a bonus. ● Exposure to one or more centralized logging, monitoring, and instrumentation tools, such as Kibana, Graylog, StatsD, Datadog etc. ● Working knowledge of building websites and apps.
