Senior Python Developer

The TensorIoT Solutions Architect team partners with our customers and AWS to design and build some of the world's most modern cloud architectures and solutions. TensorIoT Solutions Architects collaborate with each other and their respective Sales counterparts to address customer challenges, oftentimes working together to formulate a solution for a given challenge.

A TensorIoT Solutions Architect assists the Customer with bridging the gap between business goals and technology solutions. As the customer’s trusted technical advocate, Solutions Architects not only helps organizations small and large understand best practices around advanced machine learning and cloud-based solutions, but also provides insight into areas such as migrations, modernizing existing infrastructure or applications, and building new and innovative solutions using cutting edge services.

As a Solutions Architect, you will have the unique opportunity to assist customers in shaping the future of their business. In order to accomplish this, you will be in constant communication with TensorIoT Delivery practice managers and industry and area-of-depth experts to help shape and execute the strategy to realize the customer’s overarching vision.

We’re looking for someone who has:

●      2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in AWS application or infrastructure

●      4+ years within specific technology domain areas (Gen AI, ML/AI, IoT)

●      Technical degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

●      4+ years developing technology solutions in the cloud

●      At least 1 AWS Professional or Specialty certification

●      2+ Years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales engineering role

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

●      The ability to create and present detailed reports and presentations.

●      Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

●      Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

●      Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques as needed.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding our AI productivity tool, working on the intersection of natural language understanding (NLU), event-condition-action (ECA) frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced features for our AI productivity tool.
• Innovate and propose creative solutions to enhance the functionality and user experience of the platform.
• Develop back-end components of the AI productivity tool, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Python- Django.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) as a Software Development Engineer, with a focus on Python- Django
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Ability to take up different tech stacks.
• Mathematical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Backend Technologies as well as a basic understanding of Frontend technologies.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with cloud platforms and services.
• Experience with Frontend Technologies.
• Track record of contributing to open-source projects.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest trends in AI and technology.

·        Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any field.

·        Proven experience of 6+ years in project management, preferably in software development projects involving Python.

·        Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant frameworks.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.

·        Expertise in Django/Python/AWS and MySQL.

·        Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.

·        Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills.

·        Possess a strong understanding of Python programming concepts, frameworks, and best practices.

·        Assist team members with technical challenges, review code, and contribute to technical discussions.

·        Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
