Youāll own the end-to-end product narrative and user journey ā driving activation, engagement, and revenue by aligning product, content, and growth into one cohesive engine.

š 1. Product Narrative & Activation Ownership (50%)
ā Own product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints
ā Drive user activation and onboarding improvements with measurable impact
ā Translate product capabilities into clear value that drives adoption and usage
ā Identify gaps in the user journey and proactively fix drop-offs
āļø 2. GTM Execution & Growth Engine (30%)
ā Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for launches, features, and campaigns
ā Execute high-impact campaigns across content, PLG, and performance channels
ā Partner with growth and ABM teams to drive pipeline and conversions
ā Continuously experiment and optimize campaigns based on performance data

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst who can work closely with Agile/Scrum teams and bring customer insights into product development. This role will act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams by leveraging data from customer success platforms like Planhat.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Scrum teams (Product Owner, Developers, Scrum Master) during sprint planning and reviews
