SwitchKart is scaling fast and we need someone who can drive measurable growth through paid channels. This is a hands-on, high-ownership performance marketing role — one person managing the full paid ecosystem across Meta, Google, YouTube, and influencer partnerships.
You'll drive both sides of the business: getting people to sell their old phones to us, and getting buyers for our refurbished phones. You will own the funnel from ad to landing page to lead — and optimise relentlessly until the numbers work.
What You'll Do
• Own Paid Campaigns End-to-End: Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Display), and YouTube (pre-roll and sponsored content). From strategy to daily execution — this is your domain.
• Drive Procurement: Design and run campaigns with a singular focus: getting consumers to submit a phone selling request on the SwitchKart landing page. Every rupee spent is accountable to a CPL and CPA target.
• Build and Manage the Retargeting Layer: Set up and continuously optimise retargeting campaigns for users who visited the landing page but did not convert. Keep SwitchKart top of mind and nudge warm audiences toward action.
• Manage Influencer Performance Campaigns: Identify, onboard, and manage paid influencer collaborations across tech YouTubers, unboxing creators, lifestyle creators, and gaming influencers. Track performance and hold every collaboration accountable to results.
• Run Geo-Targeted Campaigns: Manage geo-targeted campaigns in select regions to drive brand awareness and footfall to SwitchKart partner stores. Different audience, different message, different KPIs.
• Own the Landing Page Funnel: Work closely with the team to optimise the landing page experience. You are responsible for what happens after the click — not just before it.
• Report and Iterate: Build clear, regular reporting on campaign performance. Know what is working, kill what is not, and double down on what drives results.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience — you have managed budgets and owned CPL/CPA targets
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
• Experience with YouTube advertising — pre-roll and sponsored content formats
• Strong understanding of retargeting strategies and pixel/tag setup
• Comfortable with attribution and tracking performance across channels
• Analytical mindset — you are comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously without dropping the ball
Good to Have
• Experience managing influencer performance campaigns
• Familiarity with geo-targeted campaigns for diverse audiences
• Experience in consumer internet, marketplace, or e-commerce brands
