Seeking an experienced Kinaxis Demand Planning Consultant to support and optimize demand planning processes within the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and Kinaxis solution configuration. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical resources to deliver effective planning solutions and improve 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Kinaxis Rapid Response Demand Planning solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to demand forecasting and supply chain planning.
• Configure forecasting models, planning measures, hierarchies, dashboards, and workflows within Kinaxis.
• Support forecast collaboration, demand management, and consensus planning processes.
• Work with business users to improve planning effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Kinaxis and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
• Perform system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-go-live activities.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices for demand planning and supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Strong expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning modules and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience configuring demand planning models, measures, dimensions, and planning workflows.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and statistical forecasting techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification.
• Experience with Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, or High-Tech industries.
• Knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting tools.
• Experience participating in end-to-end Kinaxis implementations.

Requirements

• Extensive and expert programming experience in at least one general programming language (e. g.

Java, C, C++) & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.

• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.

• Extensive experience in object oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and a huge passion

and ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.

• Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently.

• Knowledge of Test Driven Development.

• Good understanding of databases (e. g. MySQL) and NoSQL (e. g. HBase, Elasticsearch, Aerospike etc).

• Strong desire to solve complex and interesting real world problems.

• Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux platform.

• Go-getter attitude that reflects in energy and intent behind assigned tasks.

• Worked in a startup-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.

• BTech, MTech or Ph. D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).

• Experience in building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing large complex

business flows and dealing with huge amounts of data.

• 3+ years of experience in the art of writing code and solving problems on a large scale.

• Open communicator who shares thoughts and opinions frequently, listens intently, and takes

constructive feedback.

Good knowledge of accounting regulations, financial documents and procedures.

Manage all accounting transactions, purchase and journal entries, general ledgers, and invoicing.

Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

Manage Expense Management, PO Raising, Invoice Management, and Reimbursements.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions on daily basis.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software.

• Having around 8+ years of Experience in IT industry in Software Development.
• Sound knowledge in Core Java
• Having work experience in SDN/NFV, Orchestration
• Having work experience in Open source and Open Flow Controller(SDN).
• Experience in Aglie methodology.
• Good Knowledge on MySQL ,Postgresql or any Timeseries DB,Kafka, Zookeeper
• Good Knowledge on ONOS, ODL (OpenDaylight) OpenKilda,Mininet.
• Having work experience in MVT/MVC architecture.
• Having good knowledge networks, devices, service modeling and automation in systems.
• Having work experience on API & JSON implémentation.
• Knowledge in OpenStack,Ansible, Shellscript, Chef, Puppet,
• Good Understanding of Software Development (i.e. SDLC)
• Good team player enthusiastic and quick learner
• Good interpersonal skill, commitment, result oriented with a quest and learn new technologies and understanding challenging tasks
• Knowledge in AWS, AZURE Cloud

• We run functional teams based on the SCRUM methodology and are a fairly Agile environment, with 2-week sprints and teams with a minimum of 2 developers (preferably 3) plus a Platform Owner.
• Sprints cannot be interrupted and work is planned out well in advance to keep stress down to a minimum.

• Line by line code reviews for every pull request on Gitlab maintains code quality, and keep everyone in the loop & learning.
• At least 2 people working together on every project (collaborating not pairing)

• Swift is strongly preferred
• Experience with clean architecture, MVVM, and other design patterns
• Master Storyboards and auto layouts
• Familiar with RESTful web service
• Experience with Static Frameworks
• Great logic and problem-solving skills
• Practical understanding of Continuous Integration and Delivery
