Certa is recruiting a Product Manager, who is passionate, strategic, and driven for developing a world-class no-code SaaS product. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will work closely with UX, technology, and business. This role will allow you to set product strategies, identify new business opportunities, solve complex problems, and work with a smart innovative team.

• Identifying and validating new business and product opportunities.
• Creating and analyzing new product ideas, testing the ideas, and translating that into the product roadmap
• Orchestrating the execution of the roadmap in a look-ahead timeline approach
• Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical product management activities. This includes acting as product owner on one or more scrum teams.
• Acting as the subject matter expert on the product for the company.
• Working in an outbound capacity to provide domain expertise in support of sales and partner opportunities.
• Working closely with engineering and UX teams to provide the input needed to guide the product development effort.
• Developing business cases as needed for major new product initiatives while working with the sales/business development team to understand the best use-case scenarios and spot possible feature development opportunities proactively
• Prioritizing product requirements for new features by conducting market and customer research supported by ongoing communications with customers, prospects, and with internal customer-facing organizations.
• To execute your responsibilities, you will interface with customers and prospects to understand user needs and customer use cases. You will interface with engineering and UX teams to execute the product roadmap, as well as work with marketing to ensure alignment with external communication in terms of target markets, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and key benefits. You will also serve as an internal and external evangelist for your product offering.

Technical Skills:

• Familiar and comfortable with Agile development, wireframing tools, Jira for user stories Figma, and MIRO.

• ERP, Coupa, Anaplan, ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

• Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision
• Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
• Create the schedule for each project and match talent to the job
• Process change orders
• Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project
• Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crew.
• Prepare and submit project estimates to clients

Summary
• The project lead is a core member of the agile teams implementing EdTech solutions. These EdTech solutions, ranging across Learning Platforms, Assessment systems, Simulation Training, and Interactive content, are to be fit-for-purpose, efficient, and of high quality.
• The responsibility of the project lead is to guide the overall implementation of the solutions created by the Zeus Learning team and address day-to-day issues related to the client’s business processes

• Coordinate all activities to run the project
• Build product roadmaps, run agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder expectations
• Educate teams about software development processes.
• Be the interaction point between Zeus Learning teams and the client and set correct expectations
• Ensure the product shapes up as envisioned

Requirements
• Should have a history of managing large projects.
• Good understanding of agile software development processes.
• Should be able to run teams and keep people motivated throughout the project.
• Have great negotiation skills

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to the product pipeline.
• Create and manage the product plan for new tech integrations with the third-party vendors.
• Manage the current integrations with the third-party vendors for ongoing changes & requirements.
• Determine and define clear deliverables for the team members. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring the team is actively working toward established product milestones.
• Hold daily scrum team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
• Ensure high test coverage and low post release issues through effective product planning.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field required
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacle
