1. HR Coordination:

● Oversee and coordinate interview processes, including onboarding interviewers and conducting Quality interviews.

● Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements of the company.

2. Client Relationship Management:

● Serve as a liaison between Clients/recruiters ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Bachelor/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment or a related HR role.

● Exposure to client interaction or account management is advantageous.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for both HR and client interactions.

Position Summary

As a Senior Sitecore developer your focus will be on delivering deep technical solutions for our clients. You will be expected to solve business problems, develop standards and practices, and interact with technical leaders. You will be building solutions based on the latest Microsoft .NET technologies as well as the Sitecore Content Management System. You will be required to accurately estimate scale and scope of work, document requirements, and communicate flawlessly with business users. Minimum Requirements

· Education – Bachelors Degree
· Minimum 3+ years of work experience and hands on experience on MVC 5.0 related projects.
· Preference will be given to candidates who have any CMS knowledge
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience working on Sitecore. Knowledge of working in Sitecore on Azure and/or AWS is plus
