Sr. Android Developer

What You’ll Do:

● Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Flutter experience is a plus).

● Handle end-to-end app deployment: build, register, and release applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

● Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality UI/UX.

● Work on web application tasks as needed, including front-end (React.js preferred) or minor backend integration.

● Debug, optimize, and continuously improve app performance and scalability.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

What We’re Looking For:

● Minimum 2 years of professional experience in React Native development.

● Exposure to Flutter is a plus.

● Proven experience in publishing apps to both Android and iOS stores, including certificates, provisioning profiles, app review process.

● Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React.js or similar).

● Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and common dev tools.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

● Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, or payment integration.

● CI/CD knowledge for mobile deployment.

● Backend development familiarity (Node.js, FastAPI, or similar).

• Deep tech skills in flutter

Roles and Responsibilities

² Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code

² Identify the bugs ,correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Skills Required:

² Prominent hands on experience in Native Android, Native iOS or Both.

² Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

² An Android app developer must be well-versed with Java programming language.

² Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services

² Strong knowledge on UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

² Having knowledge about offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

² Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks

² A knack for benchmarking and optimization

² Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

² Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.

² Proficient with Objective-C or Swift.

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Proficient in native development with Swift and Objective-C
• Experience building interface components and experiences using Swift UI and WebKit and understanding their limitations
• Knowledge and experience working with the MVVM design pattern
• Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guideline
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with security best practices for software development

Job description:

• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience in React Js, Javascript, Ruby on Rails (preferred)- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 )- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Working knowledge of git for version control- Understanding of Unix tools
