About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy System Administrator with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM/ERP, Google Workspace, and related tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing digital systems, handling user accounts, integrating platforms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company's tech infrastructure — all remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM/ERP — user setup, configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting
• Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Gemini, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets) for all team members
• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions across platforms
• Handle integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms including Microsoft, Google, and Amazon Cloud
• Provide technical support to employees for system-related issues and tool onboarding
• Monitor and maintain data integrity, backups, and security across all platforms
• Set up and manage email configurations, filters, and organizational settings
• Coordinate with vendors or tool support teams for issue resolution
• Document system processes, SOPs, and IT policies
• Assist in onboarding new employees with tool access and login setup
• Identify and recommend new tools or process improvements to enhance productivity

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Executive
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM/ERP — configuration, workflows, modules, and user management — mandatory
• Strong expertise in Zoho integrations with Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Amazon Cloud — mandatory
• Strong expertise in Google Workspace — Gmail, Gemini, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets — mandatory
• Basic knowledge of other Zoho tools (Zoho People, Zoho Mail, Zoho Projects) is a plus
• Experience managing user roles, permissions, and access controls
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Prior experience working in a remote/virtual work environment
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, or similar project management platforms

About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and high-energy Operations Executive or Creative Executive to join our fast-paced, in-office team in Bangalore. You'll be at the core of our video production engine, supporting the delivery of over 500 videos a month. Think of it as the backstage pass to a content powerhouse, where no two days are the same, and every project matters.

Operations Support

● Keep the day-to-day video operations running like clockwork.

● Track and manage content through all stages of production.

● Maintain organized logs and documentation for all creative output.

Creative Coordination

Workflow Management

● Support and scale the production of 500+ videos/month.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Calling people who have filled the signup or contact form

Designation: Technical Lead - Android (ABL_SS_597)

Position description:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. 
• Along with Hands-on development will lead the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. 
• Work alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Kotlin and Swift code
• Would be working on IOS platforms hands on along with Android.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Fraud Lead will manage the gameplay fraud for all poker products and work closely with the payments team to create smooth players and gameplay investigations with the outcome being a low level of fraud across the business. You will liaise directly with network partners via multiple communication channels, to assist with fraud issues via providing fast, accurate and thorough responses to numerous contacts per shift. You will be responsible for building and maintaining Gaming Integrity controls related to issues such as collusion, bots/live assistance use, money dumping and more.

Your key job responsibilities as the Fraud Lead in Pocket52 will include:

• Day to day gameplay fraud analysis to identify and prevent fraud in poker
• Ensuring that all team members follow the fraud procedures
• Constant assessment of the fraud process and constant improvement to the processes
• The role involves utilizing a number of detection and investigation techniques in-order to identify high risk accounts, unusual activity, investigates and subsequently close suspicious accounts. 
• You will be proactively investigating and reviewing the player pool for suspicious activity and building cases that result in removing any players who are a threat to the integrity of the games on the Pocket network
• Review customer transactions and gameplay to prevent fraudulent actions.
• Discover new techniques in fraud prevention and customer service using various software and applications
• Monitoring for poker rooms
• Working with the product managers and marketing team to ensure promotions cannot be abused by players

• 3+ years previous experience in managing fraud for online games
• Experience playing online poker and knowledge of the online poker games products, promotion types and customers

• Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritising and managing the pressure that comes with managing a critical product vertical
