KEY SKILLS



We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience for TPM role to join our AltraDimension.

The successful candidate will play an important role in project delivery and

ongoing performance optimization, working closely with diverse teams

across AltraDimension (AD) including Product Managers, Engineering Leads

and Finance.



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related

technical discipline.



3+ years of relevant work experience in Technical Program and/or Product

Management or leading software development projects with aggressive

schedules.



2+ years’ experience working with cross functional technical teams and

business units to design, develop, and implement new systems or solutions.



Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities



Supporting strategic project planning, leveraging data to deliver customer

insights, deep dive on projects and driving the analytical roadmap.



Supporting continuous business performance optimization by designing and

driving experiments to form actionable recommendations. Presenting

recommendations to business leaders to drive decisions.



Develop programs that help educate customers on self-service Business

Intelligence.



Act as a liaison, providing product improvement feedback and requirements

to the technical team.



Build processes and framework to facilitate and grow customer community

and engagement.



Define metrics and KPIs to measure success of strategic initiatives and programs and report on their progress.



Provide program updates and visibility to leadership on a regular basis.



Create playbooks and establish a cadence of review processes that align our

stakeholder teams around common goals and strategic objectives.



Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently



Skills & Requirements  1 to 2 years of experience in building successful production software systems, developing Hybrid Mobile Applications and/or Large Scale Web Applications  BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.  Proficient knowledge of HTML5, CSS.  Proficient understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as React Native, AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, Ionic, jQuery etc.,  Basic understanding of back-end server implementations and data structures developed on AWS cloud technologies.  Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.  Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as responsive screen libraries is added advantage  Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Roles & Responsibilities  Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code for Android/iOS/Hybrid.  Support the entire Application Development life-cycle (concept, design, test, release and support)  Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions, troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.  Design interfaces to improve user experience.  Liaise with Product development team to plan new features & ensure applications meet quality standards.  Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.  Knowledge in many disparate technologies, typically ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between.  Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
