About the Role
This role requires frequent travel to different cities to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance across restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Drive smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring 100% adherence to SOPs and BOPs.
- Outlet Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular audits, review regional reports, and ensure corrective actions within defined timelines.
- Cost & Resource Optimization: Monitor food and operational costs, control wastage, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Team Leadership: Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of outlet teams; mentor Restaurant Managers to deliver high standards.
- Guest Experience Management: Map consumer journeys, elevate guest touchpoints, and ensure timely resolution of feedback.
- Training & Development: Build annual training calendars focused on service quality, menu updates, and experience enhancement.
- Maintenance & Upkeep: Track and ensure timely resolution of all maintenance and upkeep issues across outlets.
- ODCs & Events: Oversee execution of outdoor catering and private events, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Optimize sourcing and ensure cost efficiency across ingredients and materials.
- Franchisee Relations: Act as a key communication bridge between franchisees and outlets.
Requirements
- 10–16 years of proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine dining or premium casual dining brands.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.

· Monitoring €“ Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time
