Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming support queries from our customers via calls and live chat
- Logging and responding to customers through our ticketing system, Zendesk
- Managing assigned tickets promptly, ensuring customers are kept up to date
- Resolve customer queries using remote support software, following all correct processes to come to a timely resolution
- Assist in updating and building our customer knowledge base & best practice guides
- Meeting SLA's and KPI's

Role Overview:
As the Assistant HR Manager at Thrillophilia, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our exceptional team. Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

2. Onboarding and Orientation
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires acclimate smoothly to the company culture and workflows.

3. HR Operations:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.
- Administer employee benefits and leave policies, including leave tracking and coordination.
4. Employee Engagement

Requirements:
