Role & Responsiblities
- DevOps Engineer will be working with implementation and management of DevOps tools and technologies.
- Create and support advanced pipelines using Gitlab.
- Create and support advanced container and serverless environments.
- Deploy Cloud infrastructure using Terraform and cloud formation templates.
- Implement deployments to OpenShift Container Platform, Amazon ECS and EKS
- Troubleshoot containerized builds and deployments
- Implement processes and automations for migrating between OpenShift, AKS and EKS
- Implement CI/CD automations.
Required Skillsets
- 3-5 years of cloud-based architecture software engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and its architecture.
- Mastery of cloud security engineering tools, techniques, and procedures.
- Experience with AWS services such as Amazon S3, EKS, ECS, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc.
- Experience with designing and supporting infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code in AWS, via CDK, CloudFormation Templates, Terraform or other toolset.
- Experienced with tools like Jenkins, Github, Puppet or other similar toolset.
- Experienced with monitoring functions like cloudwatch, newrelic, graphana, splunk, etc,
- Excellence in verbal and written communication, and in working collaboratively with a variety of colleagues and clients in a remote development environment.
- Proven track record in cloud computing systems and enterprise architecture and security

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Technician to join our growing InVentry support team. This team is a vital part of the organization, as we're the first point of call for our 8,000+ customer base (and growing! ). We aim to deliver world-class service & make customers feel part of the team, working closely together to resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming support queries from our customers via calls and live chat
- Logging and responding to customers through our ticketing system, Zendesk
- Managing assigned tickets promptly, ensuring customers are kept up to date
- Resolve customer queries using remote support software, following all correct processes to come to a timely resolution
- Assist in updating and building our customer knowledge base & best practice guides
- Meeting SLA's and KPI's

- Delivering projects on time based on roadmap requirements
- Overriding technical architecture of the product
- Managing the Development Team including workloads, setting and managing targets, mentoring and training members of the team
- Writing technical specifications and managing projects through to completion
- Implementing and reviewing all development processes (coding standards, code review, code complexity)
- Identifying and resolving issues within the product
- Implementing and managing suitable monitoring systems for production platforms
- Monitoring costs across the AWS platform
Requirements:
- Be highly experienced in the following technologies: Java, Node Js, Typescript, React, SQL
- Show preferable experience in Android development, Kotlin, Mongo DB, MQTT
- Demonstrate fluent English speaking, reading, writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Have previous AWS Cloud experience
- Have experience in leading a Development Team, mentoring and training colleagues
- Demonstrate experience in managing projects through an agile environment, ideally Jira or Azure Devops
