Role & Responsibilities

Extract insights from large datasets to support data-driven decision-making

Develop and automate routine dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly KPI tracking

Conduct custom analyses to optimize user onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention funnels

Cohort users and track actual and predicted Lifetime Value (LTV)

Build forecast models and create meaningful alerts for business leaders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define short and long-term strategic focus areas

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to relevant teams

Create, standardize and maintain documentation frameworks and taxonomy across businesses

Ideal Candidate

Expertise in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R), dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with the agility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design for robust hypothesis testing

Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies in digital product environments

Skill in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation systems

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.

Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10.

Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11.

Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

•

3-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

•

Qualification: Msc. Counselling Psychology

Msc. Applied Psychology (any specialization, preferably HR Specialization )

•

Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

•

Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

•

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

Amagi’s Data warehouse team deals with petabytes of data catering to a wide variety of real-time, near real-time and batch analytical solutions. These solutions are an integral part of business functions such as Sales/Revenue, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Engineering, enabling critical business decisions. Designing, developing, scaling and running these big data technologies using native technologies of AWS and GCP are a core part of our daily job.

• Experience in building highly cost optimised data analytics solutions
• Experience in designing and building dimensional data models to improve accessibility, efficiency and quality of data
• Experience (hands on) in building high quality ETL applications, data pipelines and analytics solutions ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in working with AWS or GCP
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience to full stack web development (Preferably Python)
• Expertise with data visualisation systems such as Tableau and Quick Sight
• Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries with expertise in performance tuning handling large data volumes
• Familiarity with ML/AÍ technologies is a plus
• Demonstrate strong understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Should be self-driven, highly motivated and ability to learn quickly

Data Analytics is at the core of our work, and you will have the opportunity to:

A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science with 5 to 7 years of experience and previous experience in data engineering is a plus.

‍Expected to manage the product plan, engineering, and delivery of Plum Integration activities. Plum is a rewarding and incentive infrastructure for businesses. It's a unified integrated suite of products to handle various rewarding use cases for consumers, sales, channel partners, and employees. 31% of the total tech team is aligned towards this product and comprises 32 members within Plum Tech, Quality, Design, and Product management. The annual FY 2019-20 revenue for Plum was $ 40MN and is showing high growth potential this year as well. The product has a good mix of both domestic and international clientele and is expanding. The role will be based out of our head office in Bangalore, Karnataka however we are open to discuss the option of remote working with 25 - 50% travel.‍

‍You will lead the Plum Integration Engineering team and work in close conjunction with the Tech leads of Plum with some cross-functional stake with other products. Your will report to the CTO directly.

• Creating, designing and developing data models
• Prepare plans for all ETL (Extract/Transformation/Load) procedures and architectures
• Validating results and creating business reports
• Monitoring and tuning data loads and queries
• Develop and prepare a schedule for a new data warehouse
• Analyze large databases and recommend appropriate optimization for the same
