• Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular.

Technical Skills Required

• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team as a Business Development professional specializing in marketing automation products and software services. Responsibilities:

1. Gain a deep understanding of our marketing automation product and software services, including their features, benefits, and applications.

2. Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and qualify potential leads, converting them into potential opportunities.

3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.

4. Assist in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns, utilizing email marketing, social media, and content creation.

5. Contribute to the creation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

6. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

8. Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals on a regular basis.

9. Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to product enhancements.

10. Continuously update your knowledge of marketing automation trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings.

11. Travel internationally as required to meet with clients, attend conferences, and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. MBA in Marketing or similar field

2. Computers at Bachelors. Understanding of programming is a plus but not mandatory.

3. Strong passion for technology, software services, and marketing automation.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Blockchain evaluation, smart contract development, implementation supporting the digital strategy group initiatives.
• Must have hands-on experience using Solidity.
• Experience in setting up Blockchain nodes and networks.
• Design and develop the architecture of Blockchain Solutions from a systemic standpoint.
• Responsible for creating technical solution architecture for a given business problem.
• Responsible for quality of the application and implements necessary checks and balances via peer review, code scans, automated tests.
• Set the standards for design and development.
• Oversees, maintains,s and supports existing software applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.
• Prepare user and systems documentation as needed.
• Design & implement Blockchain solutions which may run on Blockchain platforms and composed of multiple software packages based on Solution Architect.
• Lead a team of Blockchain juniors/trainees.
• Work with product managers and other product teams.

1.Demonstrating the product features to new customer (Online or Onsite)

2.Product show cases to client team during Implementation or after GoLive (after releasing the feature in Live).

3.Preparation of Business Case Document & coordinating with client or vendor team to understand the business objective or business need

4.Preparation of Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) along with sign-off from client team.

5.Designing Wire Frames & Prototype Documents along with sign-off from client team.

6.Regular follow-ups on any pending sign-off’s from stakeholders.

7.Regular follow-ups with Dev Team to complete the pending requirements.

8.Responsible for preparation of Use Case Document in collaboration with Testing team

9.Follow-up with client on further clarifications on requirements along with any additional information.

10.Scheduling the meetings with Client & Dev team for any technical clarifications

11.Responsible to maintain Requirements Tracker & ensure updating the same on daily basis or Weekly basis for project status reporting to Management

12.Responsible to maintain Work Tracker on BRD, FSD, Prototype or any other document & ensure updating the same on daily basis or Weekly basis for status reporting to Management

13.Validating the requirements as per BRD, SRS, FSD or Prototype or any other business document & ensure the readiness of the system.

14.Responsible for requirements verification – Functional or Regression Testing (if necessary)

15.Preparation of Release Notes & sharing the same with Client.

16.Handing over the user manuals

17.Regular follow-ups with Dev Team on pending tickets or issues raised by Client team.

18.Answering Request for Proposal (RFP) & Request for Information (RFI).
