Job Description

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism).
• Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
• Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

Requirements:

• Energetic self-starter, with a desire to work in a startup environment.
• Proficient in advanced Java programming skills.
• Expert in Application development cloud/on premise end to end. Middle layer, DB layer.
• Nice to have understanding on MQ and DB
• Good hands on in Complex Event Processing systems.
• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data. Pre compute or data aggregation frameworks to achieve good response time.
• Real world experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies
• Experience of debugging applications running on Unix like systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs for complex data sets
• Knowledge of container based development & deployment (e.g. Dockers, rkt)
• Expertise in software security domain, a plus

• Experience in building both front-end and back-end of the website

Our backend(NodeJS+PHP) team is passionate about technology, and we love building scalable web solutions keeping performance in mind.We're looking for a full stack developer that has experience developing a variety of Web Apps using the PHP and NodeJS stack.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to design, develop and support scalable applications        
• Developing API’s(REST), designing the database schema and implement same in web frameworks like Laravel and Express along with ORM(including migration script and seeds data)    
• Very good end-to-end debugging skills in PHP and NodejS stack.    
• Write, test, and release production-ready code.        
• Work with our DevOps team to ensure continuous deployments of our applications

Person Specification and Qualifications:

• Experience developing highly scalable services and APIs(in NodejS and PHP frameworks)    
• Knowledge of data modelling and database performance using NoSQL/SQL    
• Strong experience with PHP framework like Laravel(PHP) and JS frameworks like Express, and other Framework In nodeJS.    
• Good knowledge in code versioning(git or svn)    
• Good knowledge in html templating, javascript, html and css.    
• Good experience with code deployment on server like ubuntu, linux.    
• Knowledge of SDK integration(social media sdk like Facebook, google, etc and cloud services sdk like AWS and Azure)    
• Familiarity developing SaaS applications in AWS/Azure cloud services.        
• In-depth knowledge of designing and developing software in distributed architectures for multi-tier applications

• Strong knowledge of WordPress Platform
• Expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development
• Expertise in WP Plugin Integration (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins etc)
• Should understand how to make WordPress manageable from admin panel
• Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX
• A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
