We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer with expertise in SQL and MongoDB to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and users, as well as developing server-side logic. Your primary focus will be on the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additionally, your experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases will be crucial in defining and maintaining our data storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.

 Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.

 Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 Implement security and data protection measures.

 Design and maintain database schemas for both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

 Manage and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

 Minimum 4 years of experience in Node.js development.

 Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Express.js.

 Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

 Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

 Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and familiarity with their query languages.

 Familiarity with ORM libraries (e.g., Sequelize, Mongoose) for database interaction.

 Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating revenue through the sale of sponsorship packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations.
• Strategic research to understand the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each event and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference.
• Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools to meet and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference.
• Engaging with clients on the phone and developing lasting relationships.
• Working with the marketing department to convert inbound sales enquiries into leads.
• Oversight of the full sales cycle of each event, managing baseline business metrics and growth targets.
• Attend daily/weekly sales update meetings and conference planning meetings as required.
• Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in market research and lead generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or other relevant field.

What would you be required to do?

•Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the design strategy for the organization

•Collaborate with external as well internal stakeholders from time to time and ensure DQphilosophy is aligned with the processes followed

•Be responsible for the projects seen as potential and ongoing in terms of quality, timelines, and aesthetics of design as per DQ philosophy

•Take the time to understand client style and need and merge that with DQ design philosophy in a creatively unique way each time for each different project

•Create and present design solutions as per the process

•Ensure that the client enjoys the home renovation process as that is one of the USP’sof DQ

•Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects

•Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects when needed

•Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria

•Provide support and guidance to clients on the newest trends in home décor and design

Who qualifies?

•At least 5+ years experience as an architect or interior designer in a luxury residential space (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions). Entrepreneurship experience will be an added advantage

•MBA/ Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture preferably from a foreign University with international experience

•Handled luxury projects of Rs. 10,000 – 12,000 per sq ft

•Able to create material, furniture boards home models

•Good communicator, able to deal firmly and fairly with contractors, consultants, and vendors

•Developing concepts & sketches by virtue of Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations

•MBA / B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Designing preferably from a foreign University with international experience

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
