We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a good grasp of front-end technologies, particularly React, and is eager to expand their skills across the full stack. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, contributing to exciting web development projects while gaining experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop and oversee high-level designs (HLD) for HRMS-related projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to design principles and patterns.
- Technology Implementation: Utilize .NET technologies for backend development, React or Angular for front-end development, SQL for database management, and Azure services for cloud solutions.
- HRMS Expertise: Apply domain knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to design and implement solutions that meet HRMS-specific needs and enhance existing systems.
- API Integration: Design and develop APIs for integrating with external systems and services. Ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange between various applications and platforms.

Qualification
- Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science).
- Or else, you should be programming from 12. For us, the latter is better as it shows you have a programming mindset. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. :)
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience.

- React Hooks and Lifecycle methods: In-depth understanding is necessary
