Position Summary

The Senior Executive - People Experience will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and HRMS management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with CNH’s core values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver induction programs.
• Facilitate documentation, verification, and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.

2. Recruitment

• Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging social media platforms, job portals, and referral programs.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications to ensure quality hiring.

3. Employee Engagement

• Design and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
• Plan and execute initiatives such as town halls, team-building activities, and feedback surveys.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution to concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyze engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvements.

4. HRMS Management

• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRMS system.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and HRMS.
• Proficient in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset & Wealth Management, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Job responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Expert level in the programming on Python. Experience designing and building APIs using popular frameworks such as Flask, Fast API
• Familiar with site reliability concepts, principles, and practices
• Experience maintaining a Cloud-base infrastructure
• Familiar with observability such as white and black box monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, and others
• Emerging knowledge of software, applications and technical processes within a given technical discipline (e.g., Cloud, artificial intelligence, Android, etc.)
• Emerging knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jules, Spinnaker, BitBucket, GitLab, Terraform, etc.)
• Emerging knowledge of common networking technologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• General knowledge of financial services industry
• Experience working on public cloud environment using wrappers and practices that are in use at JPMC
• Knowledge on Terraform, containers and container orchestration, especially Kubernetes preferred

• Experience  4 - 8 years
• Key Skills for Software Developer C++, Linux :
• - Looking only for candidates who can join immediately or max 10 day
• - should be able to work independently with no handholding
• - the ability to work with C/C++ code on Windows/Linux platforms
• - Database knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, ideally other ones too: Saphana, Teradata, Postgres.
• - Ability to work on their own fixing defects
• - should be able to understand secure coding practices
• - should have the Ability to work independently and with the team across different time zones
