About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who enjoys working on social-first content, brand visuals, and short-form videos. The ideal person is someone who loves creating clean designs, enjoys experimenting, and wants to grow quickly inside a high-energy, fast-moving brand environment.

Responsibilities

Design

• Create social media creatives, marketing assets, and ad-ready visuals
• Design website banners, emailers, posters, and simple packaging mockups
• Work with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual style
• Develop visuals for product launches, campaigns, and everyday content

Video Editing

• Edit short videos for reels, ads, and social media
• Add subtitles, transitions, motion elements, and basic animations
• Repurpose long videos into short clips for multiple platforms
• Support brand shoots and content creation when required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Canva expertise
• Strong sense of aesthetics, layouts, colours, and typography
• Understanding of social media content styles and trends
• Ability to handle feedback, iterate fast, and work on tight timelines
• Portfolio that shows your creativity and thought process
• (We welcome portfolios of all levels — self-initiated work counts.)

Nice to Have

• Basic product photography or shoot assistance
• Simple mockup skills

We're hiring a Tech Lead to own the backend architecture and engineering culture of a fast-growing HR-Tech platform used by 100+ enterprise clients across India.

This isn't a "manage the team and attend standups" role. You'll be hands-on with architecture decisions, own the deployment environment, and work directly with founders who came from Gallup and IIM Ahmedabad.

The stack is Node.js, Docker, Kafka, and cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).

The role is right for you if:

What you'll be doing:

- Designing and maintaining backend systems built for scale, security, and reliability

- Leading and mentoring a team of backend engineers through sprint cycles and beyond

- Owning cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) and keeping deployments stable and fast

- Improving CI/CD practices and automating what shouldn't require human intervention

- Translating product requirements into technical specs the team can actually execute

- Conducting code reviews that raise quality without slowing people down

- Working directly with founders and business stakeholders — not through layers of management

What we're looking for:

- 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role

- Strong backend development skills in Node.js (Python or Java is a bonus)

- Hands-on cloud experience — building and managing infrastructure, not just deploying to it

- Comfort with Docker, Kafka, and Linux environments

- Experience running Agile teams — sprint planning, retrospectives, the works

- Clear communication and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.

• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring-boot technologies
• Experience with monolithic applications
• Experience using Redis and RabbitMQ
• Experience with RDBMS such as SQLServer and My SQL
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must
• Micro service frameworks such as Java SpringBoot
• Design and implement automated unit and integration tests
