Java Lead

We are seeking a skilled MFC Developer to join a dynamic team at a leading company in Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Tiruchirappalli.

Required Skills- 

• Must have experience on VC++ / C++ application programming, Visual Studio.
• Should have thorough knowledge in OOPS (Object-Oriented Programming) concept.
•  Should have experience in MFC (atleast 2 projects).
• Should have a strong technical background on Windows or Linux
• Should be familiar with STL, COM, Multi-threading, Socket programming, Data structures.
• Candidates with Financial domain /capital market experience would be an added advantage.

Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service.

Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain store presentation.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

• Data entry in various platforms Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring-boot technologies
• Experience with monolithic applications
• Experience using Redis and RabbitMQ
• Experience with RDBMS such as SQLServer and My SQL
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must
• Micro service frameworks such as Java SpringBoot
• Design and implement automated unit and integration tests

About the Role:

• Create Brand Identity

• Produce Testing Ground’s pitch deck, brochure, fliers, sales decks as well as other marketing material
• Produce other content-based collateral based on our clients’ project brief
• Research competitors /industry clients and extract exact pointers for us and our clients.

• Manage Content from Concept to Production

• Work according to briefs for the branding needs and guidelines
• Write clear, persuasive, original copy
• Proper documentation of all content files

Requirements:

At least Diploma in English-related/Communications-related backgrounds

Skills Required:

• Attention to small details in both copy decks and designs.
• ·Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines, often while working independently.
• ·Perfect in English.
