Blaash is looking to hire a problem solver with strong technical expertise in building large applications. You will build the next-generation AI solution for the Engineering Team - including backend and frontend.

Responsibility

Owning the front-end and back-end development in all aspects. Proposing high-level design solutions, and POCs to arrive at the right solution. Mentoring junior developers and interns.

• Demonstrate strong architecture and design skills in building high-performance APIs using AWS services.
• Design and implement highly scalable, interactive web applications with high usability
• Collaborate with product teams to iterate ideas on data monetization products/services and define feasibility

• Collaborate with internal and external teams in troubleshooting functional and performance issues
• Work with DevOps Engineers to integrate any new code into existing CI/CD pipelines
• 6 months + of experience in frontend dev using React JS
• 6 moths + years of hands-on experience developing high-performance APIs & Web applications

Salary -

• The first 4 months of the Training and Probation period = 15K - 20K INR per month
• On successful completion of the Probation period = 3 - 3.5 LPA INR per month

🏢 Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Campus Admin Officer to manage Electrical, IT, and Communication systems for our 120-employee corporate office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, maintaining desktops and LAN/WiFi networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations with minimal downtime.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
• Maintain office lighting, fans, and electrical appliances.
• Troubleshoot generator, UPS, and power supply cabling issues.

IT & Network Management

• Maintain desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Manage LAN, structured cabling, routers, switches, and WiFi networks.
• Coordinate with IT/electrical vendors for servicing and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and spare equipment.

Intercom & Communication Systems

• Maintain and troubleshoot internal intercom systems.
• Coordinate AMC vendors for preventive maintenance.

✅ Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Electrical & IT maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of modems, routers, switches, LAN, WiFi.
• Experience in office IT support / desktop support.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi).

• Building new features using web technologies and frameworks.
• Integrating and improving features that support our large-and-growing user base.

• Contributing to internal tools that help us manage our users, and content.

• Experience in extensive PHP5 OOP within MVC frameworks like Laravel, MySQL and relational database design.
• Solid grasping HTML and CSS with moderate JavaScript/ AJAX experience.
• The ability to code clean HTML and CSS code by hand if needed.
• Working within CMS platforms - that integrates with MySQL.

1. We are looking for Javascript wizards who can work with designers, product managers to collaboratively own the front-end, building responsive and elegant mobile+desktop web UIs at Mobishaala. Bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Proficient with SQL Server/T-SQL programming in creation and optimization of complex Stored Procedures, UDF, CTE and Triggers
• Overall Experience should be between 4 to 7 years
• Experience working in a data warehouse environment and a strong understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts. Experience in SQL server, DW principles and SSIS.
• Should have strong experience in building data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, and moving data from source to destination.
• Creating new SSIS packages or modifying existing SSIS packages using SQL server
• Debug and fine-tune SSIS processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data. Experience with ETL testing & data validation.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Data flow, Azure blob Storage, etc.
• 1+ years of experience with developing Azure Data Factory Objects - ADF pipeline, configuration, parameters, variables, Integration services runtime.
• Must be able to build Business Intelligence solutions in a collaborative, agile development environment.
• Reporting experience with Power BI or SSRS is a plus.
• Experience working on an Agile/Scrum team preferred.
• Proven strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
