Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Linux/Windows environments, application servers, and monitoring tools. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of applications, along with providing L2/L3 support in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and incident management for production systems.
• Monitor system performance using hardware/software monitoring and trending tools.
• Troubleshoot issues in Linux and Windows environments.
• Manage and support Apache and Tomcat servers.
• Analyze logs and debug application/system issues.
• Work on SQL/Oracle databases for query execution, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows OS administration

The Senior System Engineer will have expertise in managing both Linux and Windows environments, along with hands-on experience in containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. · Manage, maintain, and monitor Linux and Windows servers to ensure high availability and performance.
