Adobe Illustrator
Adobe XD• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity, effectiveness and user friendliness to complex design problem statements.
• Create UI mock-ups, wireframes, storyboards, style guides, prototypes, user flows and site maps that effectively communicate unified brand language.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Create original graphics & designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Have an artistic eye for design and the ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct user research & evaluate user feedback with the projects leads
• Present and rationalize your design decisions, based on the overall design road map and your own design thinking and fundamental principles
• Being up to date with the latest trends and sharing insights with the internal team
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and influence the design process more creatively
• Open to learn new tools & open to feedback
Required Skills:
Strong Designing experience in the following tools are required:
• Hands on expereince in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or XD is required.
• Experience in Sketch, HTML5, CSS3 & Bootstrap will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro will be a plus
• Video Editing tools knowledge
• Wordpress/CMS knowledge

● 3-5 years’ experience managing end to end Software Product Lifecycle from product
research, market research, competitive analysis, ideation, planning, positioning,
roadmap development, requirements development, till product launch
● Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion and manage projects
within time and budget constraints
● Deep knowledge of Scrum project management and related experience with project
management methodologies
● Perform user acceptance testing and research to understand the end user’s needs
and experience managing release schedules and deployment strategies
● Experience working across multiple teams with excellent communication,
coordination, and organizational skills
● Communicate product and business requirements by documenting high-level
requirements and user stories
● Collaborate with the UI/ UX team to produce clear wireframes, workflows and visual
designs ready for handoff to development and QA team
● Enjoy building professional relationships and are skilled at resolving differences of
opinion and unite a team
● Knowledge of software change management principles
Required Skills:
● Have solid Product Management experience and an in-depth understanding of
product management processes and frameworks
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Extremely organized and focused on the high-value outcome
● A self-starter who is organized, can identify key focus areas and prioritize time
commitment
● You have a start-up mentality with a “no job too small” and a “go-getter” attitude
● Candidates with past startup experience in SaaS domain would be preferred

PHP
Laravel● Responsible for developing high end web applications in various areas related to
SAAS (Software as a service)
● Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry
developments and trends
● Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish
objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user
experience
● Liaise with developers, designers and customer success teams to identify new
features
● Should have experience to integrate & customize third party plugins
● Knowledge of SaaS or e-commerce industry will be preferred
Required Skills:
● 5-7 years’ experience as a Sr. Web Developer in developing web applications
● Strong experience in PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Rest APIs, Ajax & jQuery
● Good exposure in Payment Gateway process
● Should have good exposure in Server Setup, AWS Console, Digital Ocean,
Handling DNS and Linux/Ubuntu command line
● Fluency or good understanding of Nodejs & MongoDB will be preferred
● In-depth understanding of the entire web development process such as design,
development and deployment
● Familiarity with front-end languages like HTML, JavaScript and CSS
● Strong understanding of the web development and programming techniques and tools
● Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
● Excellent analytical and time management skills
● Excellent communication and problem-solving attitude
● Familiarity with SaaS Products is a plus
● Degree from IT/Computer Science background is preferred
