About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical hiring, along with exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and payroll support.

This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule and manage interview processes and candidate communication
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience and completion of joining formalities
• Handle employee exit processes including exit interviews and documentation
• Manage full employee lifecycle from joining to separation

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbook

Employee Engagement & HR Activities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR events
• Support activities related to employee well-being and workplace culture
• Assist in organizing company events and celebrations

Payroll & Administration

• Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and required data
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Handle HR administrative activities and coordinate with the accounts team when required

Requirements

Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Summary:

The Network Engineer will design, implement, and manage various network solutions to ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation:
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN).
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).

Network Maintenance and Monitoring:

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Use tools to monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and optimize network performance.

Security Management:

• Implement and manage network security measures (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
• Regularly update network security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and cyber threats.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to users and resolve network issues.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the network configurations, including network diagrams and operational procedures.
• Prepare and maintain network reports and logs.

Network Upgrades and Scalability:

• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to support the organization's growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BE / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g., IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP).
• Hands-on experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, HP, Fortinet Switch).
• Proficient in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios).
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V networking ).

Job Description:

3.Working with tools and scripts for sufficiently pre-processing the data & feature engineering for model development – Python / R / SQL / Cloud data pipelines

4.Design , develop & deploy Deep learning models using Tensorflow / Pytorch 

5.Experience in using Deep learning models with text, speech, image and video data

a.Design & Develop NLP models for Text Classification, Custom Entity Recognition, Relationship extraction, Text Summarization, Topic Modeling, Reasoning over Knowledge Graphs, Semantic Search using NLP tools like Spacy and opensource Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc

b.Design and develop Image recognition & video analysis models using Deep learning algorithms and open source tools like OpenCV

c.Knowledge of State of the art Deep learning algorithms

6.Optimize and tune Deep Learnings model for best possible accuracy

7.Use visualization tools/modules to be able to explore and analyze outcomes & for Model validation eg: using Power BI / Tableau

8.Work with application teams, in deploying models on cloud as a service or on-prem

a.Deployment of models in Test / Control framework for tracking

b.Build CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment

9.Integrating AI&ML models with other applications using REST APIs and other connector technologies

10.Constantly upskill and update with the latest techniques and best practices. Write white papers and create demonstrable assets to summarize the AIML work and its impact.

We are looking for a Sr. Engineer DevOps and SysOps, who is responsible for managing AWS and Azure cloud computing.  Your primary focus would be to help multiple projects with various cloud service implementation, create and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment, explore new services on cloud and help projects to implement them.

Technical Requirements & Responsibilities

1. Have 4+ years’ experience as a DevOps and SysOps Engineer.
