The Role

You are the Force Multiplier for the Founder. Your mission is to turn strategic vision into operational reality across AI/ML and Fintech. You will sit at the center of the organization, driving cross-functional excellence and high-stakes research.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & IP Operations: Lead the development of Intellectual Property (IP) related work and oversee InfoSec protocols to safeguard our proprietary AI models.
• Strategic Partner: Drive OKRs across Tech and Sales to ensure all departments hit their KPIs.
• Company Development Research: Conduct deep-dive market and competitive research to fuel company growth and identify new opportunities in the Fintech space.
• Ops Architect: Streamline internal workflows, DevOps protocols, and manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to deployment.
• Strategy for Improvement: Constantly audit internal systems to design and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
• Founder’s Proxy: Handle high-stakes communications, investor relations, and "Level 1-9" hurdles so the Founder stays focused on "Level 10" tasks.

• Hands-on development and optimization of image enhancing algorithms for image processing using computational imaging
• Working with peer teams on researching and resolving complex software and system problems
• Analvze and optimize different methodologies to improve output of image processing
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to refine algorithms for optimal system performance
• Support products from the early development and prototyping phases through to production
• Developing functional specifications per customer requirements
• Good understanding of image processing techniques such as edge detection skills, image alignment, removing noise, image segmentation, correction/modification, compression, and image reconstruction

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction or Design or Fine Art or Architecture or Engineering or IT technical discipline or in place of 2+ years of internship or 1+ years of industry design experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Superlative visual design skills, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Understanding of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape a product
• Ability to work confidently with Program Management, Development, Product Planning, Brand, Marketing and Usability
• Proficiency with Figma or Sketch with an understanding of rapid prototyping platforms such as Invision or Principle
• Experience working within and contributing to a structured design system
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
• Additional proficiency and experience in any of the following skills: information visualization, illustration, motion graphics and animation, video, are not a requirement, but a plus
• Expertise in modern research tools such as Dscout, Qualtrics, UserTesting and/or UserZoom
• User Research experience in a complex space such as enterprise, education or other business/consumer tools and applications    

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions

Skills And Qualifications

• Practical knowledge and understanding of web applications.
• 3+ years of good hands-on experience in Python, with knowledge of Django
• Good hands-on experience in SQL Database (MYSQL / Postgres)
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools GIT.
• Has experience of working in an Agile Environment. Fluent in English (written and oral) Fluency in a second language is preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with great communication skills for a remote work environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of any cloud. ( Especially Azure )

• Experience with building scalable applications using Flutter on android or IOS. (we are happy to meet you even if you do not know flutter but are willing to learn)
• Strong knowledge of Architectural pattern like Bloc, Provider etc in Flutter. Knowledge of writing Plugins in Flutter is a good to have skill
• Ability to think about scalability and reusability while developing flutter widgets.
• Experience in working with Dart.
• Knowledge of unit & integration testing, agile development process, jira & API integration will be extremely useful
• Strong UI building skills and the ability to handle updates in UI with high frequency data changes.
• Experience with version control systems (bitbucket, git etc.)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Should have demonstrated experience working on application development projects and test-driven development. Experience in writing high quality code
• Strong state management knowledge
• Experience in Fintech domain will be another added advantage
