Money Honey Financial Services has an open position for a well-qualified Software developer, to be filled immediately. If you have a combination of deep experience with ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JQuery, JavaScript experience with databases and domain-driven application systems, a history of working successfully in small innovative software teams, and a flexible, upbeat approach to working with colleagues.

Responsibilities :

• Work with the .Net team, promoting the creation of elegant, practical solutions to meet the company's business goals.

• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. Work closely with the Team Lead of Technology to assist in the analysis, evaluation and recommendation of new application and technology appropriate to the company.

• Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how users use them.

Money Honey along-with its subsidiaries caters to entire gamut of financial services including equities and commodities broking, portfolio management, distribution of mutual funds, Stocks, Commodities, Govt Bonds, IPO, Fixed Deposit, etc. The Money Honey Financial Services Limited straddle the entire financial services space with offerings ranging from Mutual Funds, Fixed deposits, Bonds, Equities and derivatives trading, Commodities trading, Portfolio Management Services, and other small savings instruments. We have started operation in 2008 with two member team and today more than 150 members are associated with organization. Currently we are managing more than Rs2,500 crore of

asset under management.

What you will do?

Project Management

• Work with the product management team to create an engineering roadmap that aligns with the product roadmap. 
• Translate engineering roadmap into executable internal projects, and own the end-to-end execution of these projects.
• Plan, execute and deliver projects as per schedule, content, and quality metrics.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team using Agile practices.
• Keep stakeholders continually updated on the progress of projects and operations.
• Track and report engineering health metrics (such as bugs by severity, production incidents etc.)

People Management

•  Hire and mentor a team of engineers
•  Manage learning and development, and performance of your team.
•  Own, Conceptualize and Build a tech-focused team

Technical Work

•  Core stakeholder to all technical design and architecture of team.
•  Review code, test plans, and deployment plans.
•  Focus and Strengthen all aspects of reliability

What you’ll do at Ather:

• You will be developing the various Applications for the cloud to process data connecting with the vehicle

You bring to Ather:
