1. HR Coordination:

● Oversee and coordinate interview processes, including onboarding interviewers and conducting Quality interviews.

● Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements of the company.

2. Client Relationship Management:

● Serve as a liaison between Clients/recruiters ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

● Build and nurture strong relationships with client’s HRs/recruiters, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

● Facilitate clear communication between recruiters and clients to streamline processes and resolve issues.

● Build rapport with employees and clients at various organizational levels

● Should have product knowledge and resolve platform issues and impart training.

4. Performance Monitoring:

● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts and take corrective actions as needed.

● Provide regular reports on account status, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

● Foster effective communication between internal teams and clients to address queries, concerns, and feedback.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and client-centric approach.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Bachelor/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment or a related HR role.

● Exposure to client interaction or account management is advantageous.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for both HR and client interactions.

● Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.

● Proficiency in MS Suite.

● Ability to adapt to evolving HR and client management needs.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday- WFO

Requirements:

• 7+ years in enterprise application development
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital solutions
• Advanced knowledge of React hooks, context API, and component and global state management
• Experience with atomic design, component libraries, and TypeScript
• Proficiency in React performance optimization and modern features
• Strong experience with modern .NET (6+)
• Proven track record applying Clean Architecture & Clean Code & SOLID principles & DDD patterns
• Expertise in building scalable REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and message-based architectures
• Proficiency in resources like App Insights, Function Apps, Key Vaults, and App Services

• Brilliant communication abilities, knowing how to explain technical details and processes to a non-tech person
• Fluency in English

 Responsibilities:

• Front-end, API, and back-end development, ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions
• Drive innovation by staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering Manager to define agile technical requirements, provide technical estimation, and prioritize backlogs based on business needs and technical feasibility
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning meetings to ensure alignment between technical implementation and product roadmap
• Participate in hands-on development activities, including coding, debugging, and troubleshooting, to deliver high-quality applications
• Design, architecture, development of digital applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
• Design scalable architectures for multi-region deployment
• Implement test automation strategies and frameworks to automate testing processes and ensure the quality and reliability of applications
• Automate test cases and integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Define and implement code best practices, development standards, and documentation processes to maintain code quality and readability
• Integrate digital applications with existing digital assets, backend systems, and third-party APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development and writing Unit tests for Mobile Apps
• Excellent designing, debugging and programming skills in an Object oriented programming language like C#, Java, javascript, Swift, Dart etc.
• Experience with Native Mobile development (Android or IOS) and Cross-Platform mobile development (preferably Flutter)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge of writing code for testability, modularity and extensibility
• Knowledge of test methodologies and corresponding unit test framework tools like JUnit etc.

At Onecard, we're re-imagining the credit card for a new generation of users. Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a small team of experienced Product Managers who have helped build successful products at companies such as Gaana, Walnut, ICICI Bank among others.

REQUIREMENTS

• You’ve spent at least 3 to 5 years in product management, especially working on mobile apps.

• Experience in Fintech and gaming is preferred. Especially working on reward programs.
