Position: Client Operations Specialist
This role is integral to Brainayan's success in delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring client satisfaction. The Client Operations Specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client projects.
Role Overview
As a Client Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for clients post-onboarding. Your role will involve managing vendor documentation, invoices, logistics, and other training execution requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Documentation
Ensure smooth post-sales onboarding for new clients.
Handle vendor registration and documentation processes.
Collect and manage client assets such as logos, branding guidelines, etc.
Invoice & Payment Coordination
Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely follow-ups for payments.
Work with finance teams for accurate billing and reconciliation.
Training Execution & Logistics
Coordinate trainer travel and stay arrangements.
Liaise with clients for training materials, venue requirements, and other logistical needs.
Ensure timely communication and execution of training-related requests.
Client Communication & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries post-onboarding.
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure smooth program execution.
Address and resolve any operational challenges proactively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in client operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
Experience in handling invoices, vendor documentation, and logistics is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage the marketing function of the studio end to end from planning to execution for quality lead generation

Job Purpose: This Job Position usually administers to recover the payments from the defaulter clients within the stipulated period of time to maintain the cash flow of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Undertake regular and frequent calls, site visits, follow-ups to implement remedial strategies and action plans agreed with Team Lead, for recovery.
- Initiate demand and reminding letters to all defaulting customers and review all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.
- Obtain background information on all accounts assigned to the Recovery Team and especially customer information etc…
- Follow up on major debtors accounts assigned to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means.
- Ensure accounts assigned to them are fully recovered.
- Prompt identification of unauthorized balances and follow up with clients on early warning and remedial action on the same.
- Daily call memo and progress report on negotiations with debtors in respect of repayment of indebtedness.
- Negotiations/meetings with customers who want payment work out options such as refinancing, rescheduling and restructuring
- Should have two-wheeler.
Skills & Knowledge:
-Relevant Experience 1 - 2 years experience in recovery or collection
-Proficient in MS Office(Excel Knowledge is Mandatory)
-Good Communication skills in Marathi, Hindi,& English
