Roles and Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate would be responsible for the following duties:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers within the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions to potential customers.
• Customer Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.

As a Brand marketing professional, you will be in charge of working out marketing strategies that help in positioning and promoting our brands, products, and services. You will be interacting with the growth, creative, social, website, SEO, sales, content, copywriting and user experience teams.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

• Proven working experience in Branding digital marketing

• Proven work experience in the Creative field

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities :

- Develop new user-facing features

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end

- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills :

* Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.                                                                                          * Good programming experience building .Net web application.

* Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

* Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.

* Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

* Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.

Physical Design - JD

Experience: 2-20 yrs
1.Strong background of ASIC Physical Design: Floor planning, P&R, Extraction, IR Drop Analysis, Static Timing and Signal Integrity.                          
2.Hands-on experience on technology nodes like 7nm, 14nm, 10nm.
3.Good knowledge of EDA tools from Synopsys , Cadence and Mentor              
4.Hands-on experience in floor planning, placement optimizations, CTS and routing.                                  
5.Hands-on experience in cadence or Synopsys tool (Encounter, ICC, PT/PTSI, TEMPUS, DC, RC, VOLTAS)

1. The candidate would be responsible for identifying the prospective customers for the above-mentioned products.
2. The candidate must do initial business development with the prospective customers – lead identification, updating database, sending introductory mails, and initial discussion over calls.
3. The candidate would also be responsible for initial coordination between the prospective customers and the sales team.
4. The candidate will identify the target market and competition
5. The candidate should be based out of Pune.
