About the Role

The Brand Concierge, a Delhi-based 360° marketing agency, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a creative, organized, and execution-focused professional with experience in managing lifestyle-focused brands.

Candidates with prior experience in Fashion, Beauty, Jewellery, Home Décor, Luxury, or Lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms
• Write engaging captions and content aligned with brand objectives
• Coordinate brand shoots, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution
• Manage client communication and participate in client meetings
• Coordinate with designers, creators, and internal teams for timely deliverables
• Monitor trends, engagement metrics, and platform performance
• Create basic creatives using Canva and assist with content creation, videography, and reels

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Account Management
• Prior agency experience is preferred
• Experience working with Fashion, Beauty, Jewellery, Lifestyle, Luxury, or Home Décor brands is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, AI tools, and content creation platforms
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Portfolio/work samples are mandatory
• Must own a laptop

Duties And responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

·      Work with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and pain points.

·      Conduct workshops to gather functional and technical requirements.

·      Map business requirements to Business Central functionalities.

Solution Design & Customisation

·      Design workflows, processes, and solutions within Business Central to meet client needs.

·      Configure Business Central modules (e.g., logistics, inventory, manufacturing/production).

·      Recommend and design customisations or integrations with third-party tools where needed.

Implementation & Deployment

·      Set up and deploy Business Central in client environments.

·      Migrate data from legacy systems to Business Central.

·      Test configurations and customisations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Training & User Support

·      Provide training to end-users and stakeholders to ensure they are comfortable using the system.

·      Develop documentation and user manuals for reference.

·      Offer post-implementation support and resolve any issues that arise.

Continuous Improvement

·      Identify opportunities for process improvement using Business Central features.

·      Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics updates and recommend upgrades or new features to clients.

Collaboration with Teams

·      Work closely with developers for custom solutions, integrations, or system extensions.

·      Collaborate with project managers to deliver implementations on time and within budget.

·      Positively contribute to pre-sales engagements, farming work to existing customer.

·      Keep awareness of budgets and aiding the Project Management Team.

·      Aid in improving delivery methodologies across the ERP delivery function.

Required Experience

·      3-8 years’ experience as a MS Business Central Consultant.

·      Ideally full project lifecycle experience as listed in Responsibilities.

·      Business Central Qualification.

·      Understanding of financial and accounting processes – an accounting/finance background will be beneficial.

·      Ideally industry experience in Production/Manufacturing/Logistics.

·      Ability to understand solution architecture of digital transformation projects.

·      Awareness / Experience of other functional areas beneficial.

·      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in SAP SAC

Experience in end to end implementations

Experience in Configuring SAC to connect and integrate with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and other data sources

Experience in Design and optimize data models in SAP BW, ensuring data is structured efficiently for reporting and analytics

Experience in Implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various sources into SAP BW.

Experience in data modeling, data integration, and reporting using SAP BW and SAP HANA

Experience in Financial Consolidation and Group Reporting.

Experience in Documentation

Experience in Understanding of report building, setting up dimensions and hierarchy, ETL and UAT

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

• Provide basic nursing care to patients at home.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.

2. Clinical Support

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
• Follow hospital/home healthcare policies and clinical protocols.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices.

Qualification

• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Certification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration (if applicable as per state norms).

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare services preferred.
• Freshers with clinical training may also apply.
