Job Responsibilities:
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows for web applications, landing pages, and mobile apps
- Translate requirements/wireframes into a responsive and intuitive User Interface
- Work closely with the developers and marketers for creating an awesome User Experience across various assets including applications and websites
- Optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Work with the development team to ensure high-quality designs are fully actualized
- Incorporating feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
- Collaborating effectively with engineering and management teams
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Qualification and Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX
- Solid working experience in Figma
- Understand modern design thinking and design trends.
- Proficiency in creating mockups and fully workable prototypes in Sketch and Figma and other tools.
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- Strong design skills across both web and mobile platforms
- A portfolio with good design rationale and visual design skill
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

What we are looking for?
We are looking for PHP Developers with experience in Laravel to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web applications from scratch and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.
What is the skill set required for this job profile?
- Candidates should have a strong knowledge of PHP.
- Write clean, well-designed code using the PHP framework, and other related technologies
- Candidates should have experience/ knowledge working with at least one PHP framework, such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, or CakePHP. They should have a good understanding of the framework's architecture and be able to use it to develop complex web applications.
- Candidates should have experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They should be able to create responsively and have experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Candidates should be familiar with version control systems such as Git and be able to collaborate effectively with other developers using tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

- Designing and developing web applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, or CakePHP

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features for new and existing applications
