Job Summary:
We are in search of a "Lead Generation Executive" for a remote role. Your primary responsibility is to help us find potential clients, create leads, and contribute to our sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Find and create leads to support our sales goals, and also screen the leads and set up meetings.
- Identify new markets and potential customers by doing research.
- Reach out to potential clients through various methods such as calls, networking, and social media.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce our products.
- Keep track of sales and performance data and report on progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or a related field.
- Proven success in lead generation or sales.
- Strong experience in generating leads, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and rate negotiations.
- Ability to plan and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- A good understanding of sales and marketing.
- Current knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in phone calls and presentations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales software.

What you’ll do:
• Work alongside Software Engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customers • Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented • Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest quality • Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews • Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives • Work with Enterprise Architects to design our services
What you’ll need:
• 8+ years full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or micro service-based system • Experience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, SQL, React, Web APIs and entity framework; AWS preferred • Exposure to design principles such as: SOLID/DRY design, Objectoriented design patterns, N-Tier software architecture, threading and synchronization, relational database design, etc. • A passion for problem solving and innovation with the desire to learn and grow • Ability to work well in a remote team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL Testing
• Extensive experience in ETL/ Data warehouse backend testing and BI Intelligence reports testing
• Hands-on back-end testing skills and strong RDBMS and testing methodologies.
• Expertise in test management tools and defect tracking tools i.e HP Quality Center, Jira
• Proficient experience of working on SDLC & Agile Methodology

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Product Modules, features, JIRA, and other aspects from ideation to delivery and then tracking as well.

Product Designers will use our client's existing design system to produce workflows for enterprise software.
- The most qualified candidate will have experience collaborating with Product teams and Engineers and should be comfortable taking requirements from Product teams to create high fidelity designs and occasional prototypes.
- The Product Designer will ensure that the visual styles embody the business goals of the product, and keep up with best practices and design trends.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the same or similar position required.
