Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various IT projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.

• Working experience with MongoDB or Postgres, writing efficient queries, data modeling
• Previous experience collaborating on highly distributed teams
• Previous experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
