Qualifications & Work Experience

- · Min 5-9 Years of experience in application development
- Experience in handling a team
- · Strong programming knowledge and hands-on experience with PHP
- · Strong Knowledge in Laravel Framework
- · Python Programming Experience is a plus
- · Good command and Knowledge of AJAX, HTML & CSS
- · Experience with rich client frameworks such as Vue.js, React etc
- · Must have demonstrated experience in working with Mongo DB.
- · Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Redis
- · Experience with Cloud infrastructure like Azure and Rackspace is a plus
- · Comfortable with agile practices, user stories and task breakdown
- · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with version control systems (Git)
- · Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Education Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent (Full-Time)

Position : All India Head - Design
Reporting to : Joint President
Location : Mumbai (BKC)
Job Purpose
- Creating functional and appealing features on Mobile and Web applications that enhance customer experience and user-friendliness and thereby result in growing the customer base and business revenues.
Key Deliverables
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, designing elements and building navigation components in collaboration with the Product Team
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Conceptualising and building the page navigation buttons and search fields
- Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application will function and look like
- Preparing and presenting innovative ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Conceptualising, developing and implementing style standards on fonts, colours and images
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation in Design with a specialisation in Application Design or Strategic Design or Interaction Design or Product Design or Information Design or Customer experience (not Fashion Design and Graphic Design)
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven track record in conceptualising and developing successful, high-quality Mobile and Web applications
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe and InVision
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
