Role Overview:

Responsible for leading all HR functions at the plant, including manpower planning, recruitment, industrial relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and coordination with corporate HR. Ensures smooth HR operations supporting plant productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations 

• Partner with operations leadership to align manpower with production targets.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, and technical positions.

• Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with corporate standards.

• Drive performance management, appraisals, and competency mapping.

• Handle industrial relations, grievance redressal, and union communication (if applicable).

• Ensure statutory compliance – Factories Act, ESI, PF, labour laws, etc.

• Oversee time office, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Lead employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.

• Coordinate with finance for cost tracking and HR budgeting.

• Mentor and guide junior HR staff at the plant.

Education: BE/BTech
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer

Domain knowledge: Data cleaning, modelling, analytics, statistics, machine learning, AI

Requirements:

• To be part of Digital Manufacturing and Industrie 4.0 projects across client group of companies
• Design and develop AI//ML models to be deployed across factories
• Knowledge on Hadoop, Apache Spark, MapReduce, Scala, Python programming, SQL and NoSQL databases is required
• Should be strong in statistics, data analysis, data modelling, machine learning techniques and Neural Networks
• Prior experience in developing AI and ML models is required
• Experience with data from the Manufacturing Industry would be a plus

• Performance benchmarking of K8’s or any cloud will be added advantage

You’ll be responsible for the successful production of the hardware coordinating directly with the production team. Your role will be crucial to Quixote’s success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design multi-layer printed circuit board layouts incorporating the latest fabrication and assembly standards. 
• Design the schematics for the PCB and gather their inputs to ensure the electrical characteristics of the PCB are within specification.
• Collaborate with mechanical, fabrication, manufacturing and test engineers for a functional, cost-effective layout.
• Develop, check and release full documentation packages as required per work instructions and project requirements.
• Analysis and evaluation of company requirements, initial BoM creation and component selection accordingly with consideration of costs, schedule, platform, quality etc. 
• Development of complex modules & components of the latest technology to implement them into other projects and future automotive systems
