Job Overview: We are looking for a BDM with experience in generating sales and developing new business for our company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the company in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.

Responsibilities: 

• Developing, generating, and growing new business- branding, website, marketing, creating innovative business plans for clients .

• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

• Selling Web and Digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, Google, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, Branding, website development, and other services.

• Create effective and persuasive proposals.

• Excellent presentation, pitches, proposal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

Skills: 

• Have a proven track record of working with different industries, pitching and generating business from leading brands and corporate organizations

• Minimum of 3 + years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the all sector

• Experience with direct client servicing at any Marketing Agency

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Broad understanding of the business development process

• Extensive experience across the complete sales cycle from lead mining to final closure

Key Responsibilities :

● Define, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft stack

(.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, etc.).

● Own end-to-end solution architecture including application, integration, data, and

infrastructure layers.

● Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, performance,

security, and reliability.

● Partner with the CTO to define and evolve the enterprise technology roadmap.

● Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem

and recommend adoption strategies.

● Establish architectural best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for engineering

teams.

● Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements

into architectural blueprints.

● Mentor development teams, conduct technical reviews, and ensure architectural

compliance.

● Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors as required.

● Oversee solution implementation to ensure adherence to architecture and design

principles.

● Provide thought leadership on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud adoption (preferably

Azure), and modern software engineering practices.

● Conduct risk assessment, impact analysis, and ensure compliance with

regulatory/security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

● 10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in architecture or senior technical

leadership roles.

● Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework.

● Proficiency in Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB,

Azure SQL, Storage, etc.).

● Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker,

Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

● Deep understanding of relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.

● Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins.

● Proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and mission-critical enterprise

applications.

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

                                 We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment

• You will be working together with fellow junior and senior Frontend developers, helping to improve the group's skill level and exchanging new ideas.
• On a daily basis, you write JavaScript/Typescript/ES6/Angular/React and HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS/Stylus)
• Closely collaborate with designers and the rest of the technical team (Backend, DevOps, QA) to make sure we’re all aligned.
• You will manage projects with open-source JavaScript and TypeScript libraries and frameworks (we're big on React and Angular), and explore new technologies (GraphQL, AppSync, Apollo).

• Set up, manage, automate and deploy AI models in development and production infrastructure.
• Orchestrate life cycle management of AI Models
• Create APIs and help business customers put results of the AI models into operations
• Develop MVP ML learning models and prototype applications applying known AI models and verify the problem/solution fit
• Validate the AI Models
• Make model performant (time and space) based on the business needs
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• Train and retrain systems when necessary
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis 
• Ensuring that algorithms generate accurate user recommendations/insights/outputs

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field 
• A Master’s degree in data analytics, or similar will be advantageous.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in deploying AI models to production
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Good knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Ability to write robust code in Python/ R
• Proficiency in using query languages, such as SQL
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow and libraries such as scikit-learn
• Worked with well know machine learning models ( SVM, clustering techniques, forecasting models, Random Forest, etc.)
• Having knowledge in CI/CD for the building and hosting the solutions

1. Working on computer vision/image processing applications like object classification, segmentation, etc.
2. Working on deep learning algorithms for machine vision based inspection usecases
3. Working on Machine Vision Cameras involving variety of Lens, Filters and other Optical Elements to collect data
4. Having full stack development experience will be plus
