MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DEFENCE DOMAIN

a)   Design and Modelling:

§ Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs of components and systems using tools such as SolidWorks- preferred or NX CAD, AutoCAD, or CATIA.

§ Develop and refine engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly.

§ Ensure designs meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards.

b)   Prototyping and Testing

§ Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and test prototypes.

§ Perform feasibility studies and stress analyses using simulation tools or manual methods.

§ Identify and address design issues during testing and validation phases.

c)   Process Optimization

§ Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production

§ Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles in projects.

§ Continuously improve existing designs to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

d)   Collaboration and Documentation

§ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

§ Prepare technical documentation, including engineering reports, specifications, and design records.

§ Support project planning and provide inputs for timelines and resource requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to surpass targets in the B2B SaaS sector.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking and leveraging industry connections.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored SaaS solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and compelling collateral for enterprise clients.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the value proposition of our SaaS products.

- Manage contract negotiations and guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to seize opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales experience, consistently exceeding sales targets.

- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including trends, technologies, and customer pain points.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients.

- Strong analytical skills to translate client needs into effective SaaS solutions.

Job Description:

QA automation is a key component of Kaplan's ability to quickly launch high-quality, innovative education products to our students. As an integral member of a cross-functional Agile team, you will use industry-standard tools and frameworks to conduct functional and performance testing on web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.

In this role you will:

• Develop automated mobile application test scripts that are robust, performant, and maintainable using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest or other tools.
• Ensure that applications and APIs developed by the team are reliable and meet user’s needs
• Work closely with developers, designers, and devops to meet team commitments
• Manage the timeline and status of the software release process
• Work with the Tech Lead to improve software development and quality assurance processes
• Provide the product owner with information they need to prioritize features (e.g., effort estimates, alternatives, technical risk)
• Work closely with developers to learn implementation details about product feature and perform releases
• Provide production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement with different types of Performance Testing like : Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Capacity Testing, Reliability Testing

You must have:

• Minimum 5 or more years of software testing and quality assurance
• BS/MS in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
• A Good understanding of the mobile devices, their peripheral devices, networks etc.
• A Good understanding of the Android and iOS designs and its components.
• Hands on experience with emulators, simulators.
• Hands on experience by testing mobile app performances with automation application testing tools.
• Well versed with different types of Performance Testing like : Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Capacity Testing, Reliability Testing. etc
• Experience in developing end to end system level automation and tools design
• & development
• Experience with mobile automated testing frameworks, such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Strong experience working with Selenium WebDriver either with TestNG, Junit or Nunit.
• Hands on Experience in building automation framework for Android and IOS.
• Good experience & knowledge of any one Language Java or Python/C#.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing with tools such as JMeter, Rest Assured or Soasta
• Familiarity with standard web and mobile architectures, both hardware and software
• Drive adoptions of best practices in code, testing and maintainability.
• Proficient with Devops and concept for example : Jenkins, Git and Docker
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services is a plus.
• Experience with the entire software lifecycle - requirements capture, analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance, deployment, and maintenance
• Perform Mobile test task estimation, test execution, Regression testing, Functional System testing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class3. Take counseling sessions and convert

them

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with building scalable applications using Flutter on android or IOS. (we are happy to meet you even if you do not know flutter but are willing to learn)
• Strong knowledge of Architectural pattern like Bloc, Provider etc in Flutter. Knowledge of writing Plugins in Flutter is a good to have skill
• Ability to think about scalability and reusability while developing flutter widgets.
• Experience in working with Dart.
• Knowledge of unit & integration testing, agile development process, jira & API integration will be extremely useful
• Strong UI building skills and the ability to handle updates in UI with high frequency data changes.
• Experience with version control systems (bitbucket, git etc.)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Should have demonstrated experience working on application development projects and test-driven development. Experience in writing high quality code
• Strong state management knowledge
