Job Title: Sr. IT Analyst – IAM & Office 365

Location: Sector 32, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Should be comfortable working on weekends if needed)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned IT Security professional with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Office 365 administration. This role is critical to ensuring secure access to enterprise systems, managing user identity lifecycles, and supporting ongoing cloud security initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, support operational tasks, and contribute to projects around IAM automation, Office 365 feature rollouts, and policy implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

• Administer and maintain IAM systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Implement and optimize Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and RBAC.
• Integrate IAM solutions with Azure AD, Office 365, and other enterprise tools.
• Automate workflows for identity lifecycle management and secret/certificate rotation.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs and process flows.

Office 365 Administration:

• Manage services like SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerApps.
• Configure and monitor security features like DLP and Defender for Office 365.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 issues and respond to service requests.
• Ensure Office 365 logs are properly integrated into the SIEM system.

Operational Security & Projects:

• Conduct user access audits, incident handling, and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in security tool upgrades and rollout of new O365 features.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
• Drive improvements in access control and security posture.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 4+ years in IT Security with expertise in IAM and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and O365 security.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, RBAC, authentication protocols.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certification – MS-102 or equivalent.

The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in operationalizing artificial intelligence across Bell Techlogix client environments. This role focuses on building and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks that power AI and machine learning workloads. The ideal candidate has experience supporting AI platforms such as Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and ServiceNow or conversational AI platforms, and understands the operational requirements of production AI systems, including reliability, scalability, and security. 

Key Responsibilities 

•Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and platform services that support AI and machine learning workloads in production, SLA-driven managed services environments 

•Implement CI/CD and MLOps pipelines to enable automated training, testing, deployment, and rollback of AI and ML models 

•Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code to provision AI-ready environments consistently across dev/test/prod 

•Support AI platform operations including monitoring model health, pipeline execution, compute utilization, and data dependencies 

•Partner with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Engineers to standardize deployment patterns for AI services and LLM-based solutions 

•Enable secure and scalable AI integrations using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures 

•Implement observability solutions for AI platforms, including logging, metrics, alerting, and drift detection integrations 

•Troubleshoot AI platform incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation to improve reliability and automation coverage 

•Apply security best practices for AI environments including secrets management, identity and access controls, network isolation, and policy enforcement 

•Support AI-driven automation use cases across platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, and conversational AI tools 

•Collaborate with service desk, security, and architecture teams to continuously improve AI service delivery and operational maturity 

Required Qualifications 

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 

•5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform operations, with exposure to AI or data workloads 

•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including compute, networking, storage, and monitoring services 

•Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools 

•Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Bicep/ARM) 

•Scripting experience using PowerShell and/or Python 

•Experience supporting production platforms with incident management, change control, and root cause analysis 

•Understanding of cloud security fundamentals and enterprise governance requirements 

Preferred Qualifications 

•Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or MLOps frameworks 

•Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) 

•Experience supporting data pipelines or feature stores used by machine learning systems 

•Familiarity with ServiceNow, AI-driven ITSM workflows, or automation platforms 

•Experience with observability tools 

•Knowledge of Responsible AI, data governance, and compliance considerations for AI systems 

•Relevant certifications (Microsoft Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure AI Engineer)

DevOps & Automation:

• Experience in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, YAML, Git, and GitHub. Capable of automating build, test, and deployment processes to streamline application delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep (preferred), Terraform, Ansible, and ARM Templates.

Cloud Services & Architecture:

• Experience in Azure Cloud services, including Web Apps, AKS, Application Gateway, APIM, and Logic Apps.
• Good understanding of cloud design patterns, security best practices, and cost optimization strategies.

Scripting & Automation:

• Experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell to manage, monitor, and support applications.
• Familiar with Azure CLI, REST APIs, and automating workflows using Azure DevOps Pipelines.

Data Integration & ADF:

• Working knowledge or basic hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), focusing on developing and managing data pipelines and workflows.
• Knowledge of data integration practices, including ETL/ELT processes and data transformations.

Application Management & Monitoring:

• Ability to provide comprehensive support for both new and legacy applications.
• Proficient in managing and monitoring application performance using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Understanding of application security principles and best practices.

Database Skills:

• Basic experience of SQL and Azure SQL, including database backups, restores, and application data management.

5 to 10 years of software development & coding experience

Experience with Infrastructure as Code development (Automation, CICD) AWS CloudFormation, AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy are a must have. 

Experience troubleshooting AWS policy or permissions related errors during resource deployments \

Programming experience; preferred Python, PowerShell, bash development experience \

Have Experience with application build automation tools like Apache Maven, Jenkins, Concourse, and Git supporting continuous integration / continuous deployment capabilities (CI/CD) à GitHub and GitHub actions for deployments are must-have skills (Maven, Jenkins, etc. are nice to have)

Have configuration management experience (Chef, Puppet, or Ansible)

Worked in a Development Shop or have SDLC hands on Experience

Familiar with how to write software, test plans, automate and release using modern development methods

Key Responsibilities

• As a part of the DevOps team, you will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the CI/CD components.

• Creating and managing build and release pipelines with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

• Assist in planning and reviewing application architecture and design to promote an efficient deployment process.

• Troubleshoot server performance issues & handle the continuous integration system.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates and Terraform.

• Monitor and Support deployment, Cloud-based and On-premises Infrastructure.

• Diagnose and develop root-cause solutions for failures and performance issues in the production environment.

• Deploy and manage Infrastructure for production applications

• Configure security best practices for application and infrastructure

Essential Requirements

• Good hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS & GCP. (Preferably Azure)

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles.

• Strong work experience with CI/CD implementation tools like Azure DevOps, Team City, Octopus Deploy, AWS Code Deploy, and Jenkins.

• Experience of writing automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.

• GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Continuous Integration (CI) system.

• Understanding of secure DevOps practices

Good to Have -

•Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash

• Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban, etc.

Excellent technical skills and knowledge include but not limited to: cloud methodologies like PaaS and SaaS; programming languages such as Python, Java, .Net; orchestration systems such as Chef, Ansible, Terraform; Azure IaaS servers; PowerShell scripting.

Fully aware of the DevOps cycle with hands-on on deployment models to the cloud.

Experience working with Docker and related containerization technologies.

Experience working on orchestration platforms such as AKS, RedHat OpenShift etc.

Extensive knowledge working with logging and monitoring tools such as EFK, visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Exposure to security alert monitoring tools.
