- Responsible for end to end sales Cycle Right from prospect identification to payment collection and post-sales services coordination.
- Complete activity reporting on CRM.
Required Key Skills:
- Should LOVE sales and have flair for business development, networking
- Should have min 2-3 years B2B sales experience.
- Cold calling experience is a must, social warm calling desirable.
- Very strong presence and activity on Linkedin to connect with CXO and generate lead for self.
- Effective email marketing and written communication.
- High preference for candidates having an existing client network of Sales and Marketing head or CEO/Director/Owners.
- Persuasive oral communication with good command of English and Hindi added preference for knowing more language.

Campaign Management
- Design/optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B tech lead gen, managing budgets up to $100K+.
- Develop audience strategies (job titles, company size, industry) and refine via performance analysis.
- Execute manual bids, retargeting, and A/B tests across formats (Sponsored Content, InMail, Text Ads).
Audience & Data
- Build custom audiences using client CRM/data and implement exclusion rules.
- Track lead quality and align targeting with sales pipelines.
Performance & Reporting
- Deliver client reports tying metrics (CTAs, conversions) to business goals.
- Collaborate with Google Ads teams for cross-platform attribution.
Technical Setup
- Implement LinkedIn Insight Tag, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking.
Requirements
