In the first 6 months you will
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities..
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate asset inventory ,invoices and book-keeping of all the stakeholders.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in organising company events, conferences, training activities, in house events and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Become a champion of the Pune office: understanding to a granular level what makes the office work!
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Support Functions: Provide administrative support for India.
In the first 12 months you will:
- Identify and implementing improvements to administrative processes and procedures
- Address and resolve issues of the employees that are of an appropriate scale for this person.
- Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance and other perks.
- Providing support in ensuring policies and processes are consistently applied and aligned globally.
Skills & Qualifications:
