Role Overview

The HR & Operations Associate will be the engine room of our People function, responsible for the efficient and compliant execution of daily HR administrative and operational processes. Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration, Data & Compliance

• Maintain the integrity of all employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data is accurate for hires, changes, and terminations.
• Own the end-to-end administration of Attendance tracking, Leave Management, and the generation of associated reports.
• Handle all record keeping and compliance documentation for the Internship program.

• Serve as the key processor for employee support logistics, including processing relocation assistance and reimbursement claims.

3. Reporting and Auditing
