Purpose of the role:

As the Manager - Client Solutions, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, leveraging your relevant sales experience to drive business growth, identify business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that exceeds client expectations. Your role will involve business development initiatives aimed at generating leads, increasing brand recognition, and boosting sales. In addition to meeting your own sales targets, you will play a critical role in securing new business to meet organizational goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Strategy Formulation:

Developing and executing client-focused approaches that drive business growth and ensure long-term client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

·      Conduct thorough analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and challenges.

·      Formulate strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, and overall revenue by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging the existing relationships to expand service offerings and upsell additional solutions.

·      Work closely with sales, design, and project management teams to align client solutions with organizational goals.

·      Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to anticipate market shifts.

·      Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty and to create strategies for consistent communication and engagement with clients, enhancing their experience throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Set clear, measurable objectives for client solutions strategies and track progress against these goals and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

Business Operations:

·      Conduct market research to gather insights on clients, competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, and upcoming projects while generating, tracking, and managing leads to secure new bookings.

·      Develop and deliver tailored pitches and presentations to meet client needs, collaborating closely with the Director and team members to successfully complete the sales cycle.

·      Contribute to creating business development tools, including proposals, presentations, and service offerings, to win new projects.

·      Represent Space Matrix by engaging with potential clients, project partners, and collaborators, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and fostering advocacy affiliations to enhance Space Matrix's competitive position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support existing Integrations and Extend apps by resolving issues and enhancing to add new functionalities.

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations and 2 apps development using Extend is required.
• Passion towards technical development and critical ability to understand current code and resolve issues. 
• Deep understanding of Workday Extend platform, including building custom applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, with experience in integrating Workday with third-party systems. 
• Good knowledge of Integrations and Extend security framework.
• Ability to work with HR, finance, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in Python.
• Designing and implementing software features and capabilities.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing code.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming language and related frameworks (such as Django, Flask etc.)

• Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems and experience with system administration.
• Database management and good understanding of software design principles is desired.

Your role as a designer is to solve UX problems with design in collaboration with a team on multiple verticals and to focus on designing the user interface based on research, user flow, and wireframing. A key element of your role is to get requirements from stakeholders and communicate the designs to stakeholders, designers, and developers, and collaborate with them.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and user stories into effective designs.
• Create UX specifications, Personas, Storyboards, Scenarios, and Flowcharts.
• Identify creative ways to solve UX problems.
• Plan the look and feel of websites, web apps, and mobile apps, from the layouts, menus, and drop-down options to the colors and fonts.
• Communicate design and interaction ideas effectively by creating wireframes and Prototypes.
• Create Pattern Library and Style Guide for the projects.
• Collaboration with designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly apps and websites.
• To Identify, analyze and diagnose UX and UI flaws in design.
• Mentoring Junior UX UI designers and improving internal processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Can lead and drive younger UX UI designers.
• A strong portfolio of UX UI design works on both the web and mobile platforms.
• Experience working with tech development teams.
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions to Stakeholders and the Team.
• A strong team player who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Familiarity with other design software and technologies (such as Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite etc. ).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Roles, Responsibilities and Experience:

• Cross-platform mobile app developer who has developed mobile applications and has strong experience with Ionic and Angular 7+.
• Experienced in the development and management of mobile applications, particularly hybrids (Android / iOS)
• Comprehensive experience in mobile application architecture planning
• Well qualified in mobile application design and optimization. The ideal candidate will be able to provide solutions to improve mobile app quality, understand emerging technologies, implement standards and best practices thereby able to enhance the existing stage of development and bring the mobile application, from a product standpoint, 'to the next level'
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies as well as frameworks so as to maximize ongoing development efficiencies
• Accurately estimate development timelines and deliver per set schedule
• Solid knowledge of mobile app development practices, along with mobile testing tools and techniques
• Expertise in optimizing the mobile apps' performance
• Experienced in using Agile principles and methodologies
• A deep understanding of the mobile landscape and user behavior patterns is mandatory

Required Skills:

• Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON.
• Knowledge of NodeJS and MongoDB will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and Multi-threading concepts
• Good knowledge of the SQLite database and the Google Play Services like Push Notifications
