As a UX Designer, you will develop and communicate a vision, bring concepts to life, then iterate and refine them as you gather and factor in customer and business requirements. You think first from the customer’s perspective and set high standards for yourself and your team in developing amazing experiences. You have comprehensive understanding of the current design best practices, with a critical awareness of implications on user-centered design and functionality. Responsibilities:

1. Relentlessly simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive and elegant product experiences.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define best-in-class user experiences.
3. Create process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
4. Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a consistent and intuitive experience across the product ecosystem.
5. Participate in the planning process for new products and features helping drive the vision across the products.
6. Own the production of world-class designs and documents for presentation to engineers, product managers, peer design teams, and senior executives.
7. Assist in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Developing new user-facing features using React.js
2. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
3. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
4. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
5. Work with backend engineers to build features and ship experiments


Skills Required :
1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, redux-saga and ES6.
2. Konwledge with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
3. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Express js.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Create and maintain data pipeline
• Build and deploy ETL infrastructure for optimal data delivery
• Work with various including product, design and executive team to troubleshoot data
related issues
• Create tools for data analysts and scientists to help them build and optimise the product
• Implement systems and process for data access controls and guarantees
• Distill the knowledge from experts in the field outside the org and optimise internal data
systems

Job Description
✓ 7-9 Yrs. overall hands-on experience in QA, at least 3+ years in Test Automation.

✓ Expertise in working with tools like Eclipse, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Serenity, Jenkins,
