We, at FarmGuide (https://angel.co/farmguide), help Government in relevant and efficient policymaking by ensuring seamless flow of information between stakeholders.Position: Head- HRLocation: GurgaonJob Description- Designing and executing end to end HR framework and policies as a Business partner for 65+ employees (Pan India) while setting up processes for recruitment and leadership development needs, performance management (rolling out KPI), Talent Management, C&B etc.- Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.- Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors. Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the founder, with a team of 1 direct report, you will be responsible for:- Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies and programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.- Increasing business span through appropriate hiring and ensuring adherence to all policies.- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
