📌 Role Overview

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview niche SAP talent (ABAP, BTP, Fiori, UI5, OData).
• Channel Management: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Cutshort, and GitHub to find passive talent.
• Network Building: Tap into local Hyderabad SAP user groups, tech communities, and referral networks.
• Technical Screening: Conduct initial vetting to ensure candidates understand modern SAP ecosystems.
• Candidate Experience: Manage the interview pipeline, coordinate technical rounds, and handle offer negotiations.
• Onboarding & HR Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding and manage basic employee engagement initiatives.

Strong Consumer Insights / CX Analytics / Product Insights profile (behavioral/user/product/UX analytics)

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX) Analytics, Consumer Insights, Product Analytics, Behavioral Analytics, or UX Analytics, working on B2C digital products (Web/App) with a focus on understanding customer behavior, customer journeys, and experience improvement.

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have hands-on experience analyzing customer journeys, behavioral funnels, digital interactions, session-level behavior, clickstream data, and experience metrics to identify pain points, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities.

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have experience using CX and Digital Experience Analytics platforms such as Medallia, ContentSquare, Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools for customer behavior analysis, journey mapping, and insight generation.

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have experience working closely with Product, Design, CX, Business, Marketing, and Research teams to generate insights, validate hypotheses, and drive customer experience improvements.

Mandatory (Experience 5 ) - Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction, querying, analysis, exploratory data analysis, automation, and behavioral data interpretation. Ability to independently analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable business insights.

Mandatory (Experience 6): Understanding of hypothesis-driven thinking and basic experimentation/A/B testing concepts, including interpreting results and distinguishing between correlation and causation.

Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

Salesforce Developer will work with business and technology partners to maintain and enhance their Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce.com). You must be a leader and a self-starter with the ability to propose innovative solutions based on a solid understanding of business strategy, regulatory changes, industry direction, and above all, Salesforce platform expertise key to creating an efficient, comprehensive and visually optimized product.

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and implement the key technical components of the solution and help the team to develop and deliver the project deliverables.
• Identify and confirm technical design risks, and develop mitigating approaches, judge the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
• Help reduce the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, share implementation best practices, and recommending solution alternatives.
• Partners with the Technical Lead to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.

Required Skills :

• 3+ years overall experience, with a minimum year of experience in Salesforce with proven capability in designing software on the Force.com platform, with hands-on participation.
• Strong technical foundation including knowledge of different programming paradigms OOP/ Functional Programming/ Procedural Programming.
• Hands-on experience in LWC
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, Chatter API, Connect API, Tooling API, Metadata API, Rest API, SOAP API, Bulk API, etc.
•  Extending functionality via Workflows, Apex code, Triggers, Apex Email Services, SOQL, Apex Web Service Callouts, Scheduled, Batch, Asynchronous, SOQL/SOSL
• Must already be working as a Salesforce Developer or a Senior Salesforce Developer
• Good knowledge of Lightning Web Components or Aura Components is a must.
• Strong experience in Agile methodology and ability to deliver in a global team environment with members working remotely in various time zones
• Communication Skills must be excellent across roles

Good to Have:

- PD1 Certification

- Good Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Backbone, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating content for ongoing campaigns such as writing copy for email marketing campaigns & WebStories, writing answers on Quora, copywriting for creatives etc.
2. Coordinate with the internal and external team for content creation and ensuring that the writing is consistent and in line with the overall campaign and brand requirements
3. QA for all the content deliverables shared by the freelancers/content agencies 
4. Perform keyword research based on the campaign requirements to make sure the writing is search engine friendly
5. Perform content strategy to come up with new ideas for content creation for the website 
6. Plan weekly deliverables along with the Organic Growth team and manage the requirements, blockers (if any) to ensure smooth flow and timely completion of work
7. Analyse competitor’s presence on different platforms and come up with suggestions to help the Growth team scale with the help of personalized content

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• 8+ years of experience with one of the top frontend frameworks - React (preferred) and with App development (recommended)
• Demonstrated experience in managing  successful engineering teams across both web and app development
• Solid understanding of modern CSS methodologies like SCSS, SASS
• Exposure to latest developments in UI development like PWA, Single Page Apps, Hybrid Apps, Responsive web design etc
• Deep understanding of Javascript topics including the V8 Engine, Async, Memory
• Management, Duplex Communication.
• Understanding of app development practices
• Prior startup experience is a plus

JOB PROFILE: 

An opportunity for an SDET, the role will be working alongside an expanding QA team, and the candidate will be focusing on writing automated acceptance tests for Android Mobile Apps

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.

• Implement, maintain and improve test automation frameworks

• Write automation scripts for overall app functionalities

• Actively work with development and infrastructure teams for integrating test automation as an integral part of the Continuous Delivery pipeline

• Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation cross the organisation

• Pro-actively seek to make continuous improvements to test coverage, execution and automation

• Conduct performance/load testing for both client-side and server-side of the app using Jmeter

• Automation using Appium for Android platforms

• 6+ years of Proven experience in defining and operationalization of test automation strategy and frameworks

• Hands-on test automation experience, in a professional software development environment

• Experience in performance testing of the app using Jmeter.

• A solid understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery both in principle and in practice

• Good expertise in Maven, Jenkins, Github, Selenium Webdriver using Java, POM and TestNG
